My eyes: (drooling while laughing uncontrollably) My hands: when are we going to start? My brain: work, unfinished projects, scarce time. Let’s face it guys!
update i wrote a bit slower and more careful on my notes in math and my handwriting looks beautiful now so UPDATED VERSION: my eyes: I really wanna make it🥺🥺🥺🥺 My brain: Ok eyes. We’re making it. My hands: fine. i will show you that I can write good in math.
Why does this actually makes me emotional? It’s like looking back on the years and years you’ve been watching anime and realizing how much it helped, entertained and taught you. Damn Japanese cartoons making me rethink my life
But it's worth the try ! I've always wanted to do something similar but never did, so I just write the anime title and the day I watched it randomly in my sketchbook. After watching this video, I'm really motivated to make one.・゜-: ✧ :-
guysss, im seeing everyone saying they don't have the supplies or the ability to make it cute & aesthetic. but, the thing is, it doesn't have to be as pretty as you see it online. all you really need is a paper, a writing utensil, and your creativity. there's no rules and it doesn't have to be perfect. after all, it's _your_ journal! :)
I mean I agree! Even tho I’m planning to do a video on me beginning a journal, the first page isn’t the most aesthetic thing I’ve made! Just try *your* best! *No one* here is going to judge you!
Fleetfatfox12 :3 watch it rn ITS A CHILDHOID CLASSIC . The Girl who leapt through time Ponyo Spirited away Boy and the beast The secret world or arrietty Marry and the witch’s flower My neighbors toro toro And wolf children I gaurutee you will never regret it
Omg I’ve been searching for journaling ideas for forever and none of them really appealed to me like this one. I started a Kpop one, but quickly realized that I wasn’t involved enough to make new spreads constantly. I’ve been watching anime since I was little I can’t believe this never occurred to me :,) thank you! I’m definitely gonna start an anime journal now~
honeydook a little suggestion (since I was sort of in the same situation) try mashing all of your journal topics into one! So use one journal for all of your anime, kpop, personal ideas and interests! I do that, and I’m filling my journal so quickly! And it’s fun seeing so many different things mashed together
Morgan Carroll oooo that is a good idea! I always end up ripping out the pages when I start using the journal for something else so it just kind of looks small and weird;^^ Thanks so much!
thank you so much everyone for all the kind comments! I just recently finished my 4th anime journal and also did another flip through! here’s the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sNc8FKfHKp0.html
Why dont you try searching on a site by the initials? Like , "A" and then see all the animes that start with "A" and get the names of the ones you already watched? I did that and I managed to make a list with all the ones I watched.
back when I was young I would write them all down on a list so I wouldn't forget; later I discovered sites like myanimelist (MAL) that make it super easy to keep track of what you've watched and read :) there's other similar sites too but I feel like MAL is super easy to use and the most helpful
Everybody out here complaining that their printer could never print this much *I'm so broke I don't even have a printer to begin with* Edit: AY GUESS WHO TF GOT A PRINTER 😳😳😳
Pencil, pen, paper, cardboard, thread needle, library, phone, markers and why you love that anime to hav ed the topics to write on pages. Make it yours dont go based off of what other's pretty ones look like. As long as its special and you it'll be beautiful regardless especially th knowing you made it (I know thatx cliche but seriously you have to love the anime/manga to not care about materials too much. Its alot of fun when u make it yours Mines not nearly as good looking, cheaply made (watch youtube video on book bonding and made my own journal with copy paper from dollar tree) but I love it all the same
Nodame he’s not alive sadly, he died in the manga. But maybe he will live in the anime. Also his real name is Aslan Jade Callenreese And his bday’s on August 12
@@bakugokatsuki908 i already saw simple journals because i do them :) i said it was "simple" because the main focus isn't "decorating". the spreads are clear and don't appear to require much time. the layout itself looks "simple" idk how to explain it but i hope you understand
fun game Why would you feel annoyed by someone’s interests? I don’t care about arguing and I’m not defending or trying to start anything, but you shouldn’t get annoyed by something someone likes to watch. 😅
@@madison1067 haha, I'm really sorry, thanks to reminding me 😊 Idk, I not annoyed with her choices actually, I just find my self can't enjoying that. And It doesn't mean I rude to her or something. Sometimes, I feel that I can't deal with the genre because I feel dissapointed with that. It's her privilage to make this anyway.
@@madison1067 no, Is not. I feel remindered by read your comments, thank you. I don't mean to bother anyone, just expressed what I feeling towards 'that', no offense.
Lol. If you have problems with colored ink you can use black and print manga pics if yknow what I mean hahaha but if you got problem cuz u dont have a printer then I'll shut up-
This is literally one of the most aesthetic things I have ever seen and now I really want to start one of these journals. But knowing myself I'd spend way too much time on it to begin with, perfectionist tendencies, then I would forget about it for like 5 months. How do I know this, because I did the exact same thing with my reading journal 😂Regardless this was really cool to see and I can't wait until you share the next one ❤️
Who disliked that?????? The IDEA..the ORGANIZATION.. this is inexplicably perfect, it’s practically art. I loved, one of the most beautiful and well done things I’ve ever seen
I’m really sad that I can’t afford a printer or some art supplies, I really wish I could make a journal and stuff, but I don!t have any supplies for it, and I really want a printer with a good amount of ink to print with!
Yeah you can just draw the pics yourself or copy from the screen like @ence flow suggested. Or you could arrange all the pics in small size to fit 20-30 on a single page n get em printed out from somehwere which is also really inexpensive. If u cant color print, you can search for lineart of the characters, print those out in black n white n color it urself like ur own coloring book :)
Ok subscribed!!! This needs to be (in my opinion) the best anime journal I've seen. You are really really creative!!! I never made one and now I wanted to get some inspiration and was looking for people who could give me tips and now I saw you have more videos so LET'S GOOOOO
Oh my god. I do not have words for how absolutely amazing and creative this is! I am obsessed with anime, but never thought to do something like this!! I may have to start....
wow, i've been watching anime ever since i was 6 (im 17 now) but i never thought of making a journal about it. this inspires me a lot, im definitely going to start one soon
Mariana Martínez I’m also thinking about it too! I started watching anime when I was 6, I think my first anime was Sailor moon & Naruto^^ I already have a journal for a bunch of random stuff like webtoon, partly anime & mysticmessenger but I think it’ll be nice to start a new one
I've been using cheap books for practice and I think I'm ready to use an A5 book :) Thank you for being my source of inspiration for over the past 5 months and I'm finally going to properly do it !!
The fact that your on 10k subscribers startled me, I started watching you when you only had 150 subs around year ago because I couldn’t find any channels for anime journaling even though I myself did anime journaling. You’ve progressed so much since then, your spreads are really beautiful! Good luck and I hope you continue to do well with RU-vid in the future :3
Es demasiado hermoso!! Es perfecto!! REE ame la idea, me siento muy emocionada por hacer mi propio Anime Journal, porque fue como podría poner de tales series, mi lista de canciones de anime, pelis y más. Me encanto tu vídeo!! Saludos desde Colombia ❤✨
Omg i love this idea! 😍 I always forget how an anime was or how i felt after a special episode. With this i can remember it/read it back! Thankyou for the inspiration!
I am Lily lol, I feel the same way :) If I'll have time, mabye... _(when we have a lot of time)_ -Ow, mabye I'll try next time 'cause now new episodes are waiting me, yeah, next time...
This is my first time on this channel and I've never heard about anime journalism but it's really really creative. Often times I have a lit of thoughts about an anime I recently watched or finished and this could be a really good way for me to spill my thoughts!Thank you for the inspiration!
@@TheSnowBallet ohoooo. I just found out yesterday that the book is dotted version. I found it through another video when the youtuber make journal for 'demon slayer'. The dot is so fine and small its kinda hard to see. Sorry for the inconvienience. But thank you though for telling me this 😳😳😳
i can't tell you how much you have inspired me to make my own anime journal🌸🌸 .. i remember i watched your video 1 year ago but finally i found the patience to make my own ✨. i have just started so it isn't that great i have made a character based journal one day i am to post my flip through ✨✨..thanku so much for being so creative and sharing it with us 😭😍😍😍
I always say I wanna do something like this but I would never have the energy or time too ahhh ;;; this Is so pretty though !! Thank u for sharing your work ::;
Me neither. As a kid, I worked hard to perfect my handwriting. A few years ago, I learned how to mix printed letters with my cursive. Discarding hard work as "talent" is actually pretty ignorant and dismissive. I wasn't blessed with anything, my writing and drawing skills are all things I worked for ever since I was a child, so when someone says it's not fair that they are not talented, it really pisses me off. Talent is 99% hard work, you just never see it.
If you wanna try it out, start with a notebook that is cheap so that you wont waste too much money on it if you don't like doing it after a period of time. If you think it's okay at first, continue to do so. You will see your improvement, for example from your first to second book. You don't need it to look extravagant or too flashy. Start out simple and make progress. In the end, you will notice little things like choice of colors, your handwriting and maybe caligraphy. Just try hard and enjoy.
Xelith Exactly! That’s why I hate when people tell me “you’re so lucky that you’re good at drawing”. Artistic people aren’t just lucky, it’s something they worked for and put effort into.
Today I accidentaly found literally the PERFECT journal for me to start doing this!! You inspired me to start one but my city never had those Dotted journals (small city, stores have only normal school notebooks, agendas, sometimes blank notebooks but they never have white paper, it's always some color like orange or pink paper aha), and today while going shopping for Kid's day gifts I found one by accident, and I love it... Since I just bought it I haven't done anything yet, but I will make it my personal anime (and games) journal and I will love it!! 💚💓🥰 Thank you for being one of my inspirations!!! Now that I found the journal I needed I can finally do it! 🙏🎨💕
I knew I had to stan when I saw the ff: • Sogo x Kagura pics ❤️ • u calling Senku a visual king BC HE IS 👑🧪 • that GORGEOUS Shinobu page 🦋💜 • The SPECIAL and VERY EXTRA page for Fairy Tail * sobs * the nostalgia of my childhood...
