Jujutsu Kaisen is my favourite and it's the most popular anime this year, so I really recommend this one. Demon Slayer is really good too! I think they are both great animes to watch when you're new to anime.
@@navo159This is how it is regardless of which anime you watch first. Most anime, especially popular ones, fit firmly into one genre and only give a good idea of what their genre is like. Shonen has been the most popular for a while so that's what people talk about and recommend most. If someone dosen't like shonen they'll figure it out eventually and move on to something else.
@@AliceBunny05 I kind of disagree. I mean there are great shonen shows for beginners, don't get me wrong - for example Death note, attack on titan & full metal alchemist br are great examples. They have compelling af stories, although they are shonen - I'm just saying that JJk & DS are gonna get boring if they aren't into just action. because tbh, jjk & ds not the best stories out there , if you are trying to impress anime newibes
@@navo159 that's really just a matter of opinion though. plenty of people won't recommend aot to beginners because it can be difficult to follow and has a lot of complex world building, plot twists, etc. while that is some people's favorite part, for others it makes it a "difficult" show to watch because of how much processing you need to do as you watch it. more straightforward dosen't always mean less impressive, it often just means more digestible and easily enjoyable.

Wdym the anime didn't do her justice? she's just as unlikeable in the manga lol. I agree that Sakura haters go way too far but to me at least none of the og team 7 characters are likeable, neither as people or as characters.
Anything that happens in the first episode (the pilot) is not considered spoilers, that's why the chat said it was OK for you guys to read the summaries. Some little bit of world building so you'll have context can't really count as spoilers unless it's something very specific, telling you the Hokage is the leader of the Leaf village in Naruto isn't gonna spoil anything for you.

If you ever watch Fullmetal Alchemist. As someone who has seen people watch both, I recommend you watch the original Fullmetal please, instead of Brotherhood. Brotherhood is very hard to understand in terms of the storyline. I believe that for building a grounding for the main character, you must know him from when he lost it all. Brotherhood (a remake) kind of skips over that. The only reason i like Fullmetal is because i saw the original first.
I mean watching 2003 FMA will just make it even more confusing with all the changes as to how and why things happens, the power system is different, the consequences of the taboo are different, hell even plenty of the characters are different (the sins are embodied by different people and neither Xing nor Briggs cast exist). I recommend just reading the manga if you truly want the best experience, there's no cut material (I like Brotherhood better but they really fucked up by condensing the whole Ishval thing into one episode).
I will recommend y'all to watch demon slayer or jujutsu kaisen after finish watching Attack on titan. Dont watch naruto (i know it's a damn good anime) but it's waay too long and you may found it boring tbh
JJK is good! Is it the greatest anime ever made? Ofc not, not even close, but all anime fans exaggerate when praising their favourite series. JJK is enjoyable and short, and has plenty of moments that make it a great series for a reaction channel (and before anyone starts with the biased stuff, it's not on my top 10, I'm just giving my honest opinion on a good series).
