most people's favorite are openings 13 and 14, and you put it in B tear because it is sad😅 And you put my favourite (op 23) in D tear🤬I definitely disagree with your tier list, but I really like your rection. @@ZayAndEmily One piece doesnt take that long as long as all yu watch is one piece...alot of people complain about the length of one piece but then every weekend they watch like 3 mid movies and during the week they watch several episodes of mid shows ..that eventually people even forget they watched those movies and shows ..one piece is the greatest story ever made so its worth taking all those hours yu waste on that other crap and putting it towards one piece and then yull finish in maximum like 1 year yu just gotta lock in and keep going then yu become obsessed how yu see most one piece fanatics online being honest if yu pay attention and bing yull love it but if yu dont binge yull have a rougher time remembering what happened last episode and getting through it but until 300 episodes things dont really pop off after 300 yull be obsessed..if anything thou id suggest watching the one piece live action its great and its only 8 episodes which covers like the first 50 of the anime..
I find it strange that some reactors seem to think that every other chararacter in these openings beside main characters are only villains, never friends/alllies to the Luffy´s crew😄
Basically many anime have simple structure of the story in general where certain looking characters are villains and others are heros. Very few anime have more than 2 or 3 factions. One piece takes this to a whole new level with so many factions with their own motivations, goals, characterization, plot thread and based on the situation they may be allies or enemies of protagonist... But very few are purely villians in one piece. Most of them are just different people with different perspectives, goals and alliegences. People don't realise that one piece is lot more complex than what it looks on the surface level, because of the goofy art style, but that's what makes it more digestible in terms of easily identifying characters from 1000s of characters due to their unique character design and the art style also alleviates the experience of watching one piece having so many depressing stuff going on in the story, that the humor, goofiness, is necessary to make it not too depressing.

Author said himself that one piece is not the journey but a real thing otherwise like you, me and many anime watchers thought that journey is actual one piece at first impression
Oda stated it in SBS. Also, if you are up to date (manga or anime), then you should know that the One Piece is an actual treasure (with something else too).

The tier list is meme status, but I will say that they’re like the only opening reactors that picked up on a some real spoilers. Kinda shocked given how goofy their reactions were lol.
About the aging stuff... their whole journey until the present day took about 6 months! Except for 2 years during a timeskip (the one you noticed they aged). The last 2 ones were shorter because they started to add a ending too! The last one has a different animation on the anime itself too, and it looks AMAZING.
Without spoiling: the reason why the second half of the openings seem less adventurous is because we’re nearing the end of the journey, so our characters now have to face off against the final bosses of the show that not even the marines mess with. For example: the dragon openings that you saw were one arc and it took 4 years and 4 months to finish that arc.
The wano ops being the best out of any other ones + 26 getting disrespect is insane. The only one I get not liking is over the top, but putting 25 at C is insanity
not going to lie that I'm kind of shocked about the ranking of some ops and is hard not to judge, but this just shows how everyone feels different about the same thing
The funny thing about that form you called "Ultra Instinct", Luffy already had that power in his original form. I won't spoil it, but that transformation does something completely different. It's silly, it's insane, it's completely unexpected, it's overpowered, in other words, it's the perfect power up to match Luffy as a character, and he makes full use of it. The only thing that could have made it more in tune with Luffy as a character, would be if it just gave him more meat to devour.
It took be 4 month's and i stopped on episode 745 not because I hate it but because I wanted to take a break because I was binch watching whole day from the begining of the episode i didn't even sleep the plot was just amazing I'm planning to start again tho one piece is really peak so guy's should I start again?
If you decide to watch after you reach 3k likes. This my suggestion its better you watch it arc by arc not episode. There so many people who already doing 2 episodes its hard for you to compete with them especially they have a lot subscribers and you easily forgetten. We are not easily bored watching it because we already used to it before you do. We are aware how long it is do you think we are scared of 4 ⬆️ hour long arc? No, and please be truth to your action and not exaggeration One piece is adventure so its better for you to be natural. (I hope you understand what I'm trying say English is not my language)
i can suggest reacting to the breathtaking world of one piece. Its a non spoiler video about all the different locations and settings they travel to. Also people love reactions to it.

OP25 is an amazing opening, but it takes context to fully appreciate. Other than the circular motif that every shot adheres to, it is shot from the perspective of that one recurring kid you saw in the openings, and it chronicles the emotional highs and lows of his life and the role the Strawhats played in it.
Depending on how you space out your reactions, you can catch up in about a year, at worst a year and a half. But trust me: once you start, you'll never stop.
the opening with half of it just a circle is actually a japan flag 😂 🇯🇵 because they are in japan for that arc (actually the whole opening have circle in the middle if you watch it carefully) that's also why they're wearing japanese kinda outfit😂 most of the island in one piece are based on real place 🤩
How to get anime fans to like your vids, if you like a song, don't go and drag it to C, D list just because it's blanked lol if felt like you guys are fatigued from listening to too many songs at once. If you watched One Piece, you will change your mind on the opening songs ( then again some fans will ask to skip it to avoid spoilers). Also hope you guys read the english subs for the songs meaning too.
C and D tier aren't saying that it's horrible. I feel people take our tier list too seriously when we haven't even watched the shows ourselves. Simply if we liked something in B tier better than something else, then simply enough that "something else" will go C tier. We have a whole tier list and we're going to use the whole tier list. But next time we'll put all 26 openings in S+ tier and lie to our audience!
You know what I hate tier lists and it really kinda ruins the experience cause there is no way some of those openings deserve to be that low especially the ones from the Wano country arc. But loved your reaction though and hope you decide to watch one piece, it’s long but it’s worth it.
The tier list is fine . it's interesting because that's not how i'd rank them , except a few that pretty much everyone agree on . But of course having discovered them while watching the show , i can't separate them from the story and context . Was cool anyway
First of all, love the vibes you're sending, awesome reactors! Don't mind some toxic comments here, if anything they are a sign of how amazing the show actually is. The more toxic the community the better the show as I always say. People get defensive and stuff. Your tier list was certainly different, interesting and not mainstream which is why I like it. It's fully understandable if you never watched the show and don't have any context. But let me say this: no matter how many years you invest in OP it's more than worth it. The show is life altering. There is a reason OP is the the most successful anime franchise ever, Luffy is the most beloved anime character ever and OP in general is called the 'greatest story ever told'. You will experience every emotion possible while watching and the OP world building, lore, characters, backstories, locations, foreshadowing etc etc is next level. I literally put my hand in fire if after having watched all of OP it doesn't become your favourite fiction of all time (or at least top 3). Don't let the 'goofy' designs and comedy (which is also topnotch BTW) fool you, OP tackles heavy mature themes like wars, genocide, trafficking, racism, just to name a few. Honestly you'll see what people mean by saying you are disrespecting OP by bringing up my hero academia or dragonball. Not shitting on other animes, they may be good in their own rights but compared to OP? Na - freaking - ah..

Actually if u commit watching one piece, it's not taking 5 years tho, 1 eps take 25 min,25 min - 5 min(if u skip intro+outro+flashback eps) = 20 min, 20 min x 1100 eps = 22.000 min : 60 min = 366 hrs ishh, if u watch like 5 hrs/day = 366 : 5 = 73 days ishh
@@kappachino335Idk, i did binge all of Wano arc back in 2021 over the course of like 2 weeks, by watching atleast 5 to 10 a day, including in school during brakes. It was start of new school year in a completely new school aswell, so i still had a lot of time, now i still have time, but a lot less, so i really dont know if anyone with an actual job even has 5h to watch it, especially if its like a 9 to 5 job or something. Even so, watching one or two episodes a day would probably take you around 1.5 to 2 years.
One thing I love about One Piece opening songs is that all except opening 2 the singers have great voices! and they pick even pick female artists with a warmer strong voice usually most anime songs pick female singers with very high pitch cute voice, plus lots of them gets you hype up for an adventure/ or emotional ( one the fans will cry listening to ). Also for introducing Hiroshi Kitadani one of the best singers ever!!
this tier list gonna look so different when you get through bits of one piece, would be cool to see another ranking once you finish or get through a sizeable chunk
Not every character you see that isn’t part of the Straw Hat crew are villains there are friends/allies that they meet along the way in the openings as well.
1:08:00 They are pretty close to that style mostly. Some controversy but people got used to it and it looks pretty good. One piece actually changed art styles a few times for different arcs.
and also for those who do not want to watch one piece because of the length of the anime, a remake from WIT studio will be released in 2025 and there will be a maximum of 200 episodes
At least my favorite got S tier. Y'all dont know the story, so the openings don't hit as hard. Earlier openings spoil less, so there's less to theorize from. The lyrics from the last one could only spoil you if you were several hundred episodes in and were actually paying attention. That said, pay attention. Have some media literacy, okay? lol
I find it funny that everytime they see a character that is not the main crew they think it's a villain, generally they aren't, One Piece just has a really expanded world

im not sure how far in you 2 are if you all even started the journey yet but if you watch the orginal video quality style the 720p quality starts around episodes 190-250 i believe some where in that area.
Looks like Emily will prefer pre timeskip and Zay will prefer post. +1 point for recognizing Sabo as an adult -1 point for thinking Gladiator Lucy looks anything like Luffy in disguise. He doesn't fight or sound exactly like him either!
One piece is not a 5 year commitment at all😂 I caught up to episode 1070 (which was the last episode released when I finally caught up) from episode 1 in 8 months
Just started watching the vid, but hey I know One Piece is long, and yeah, for a normal person it surely is a 5 year commitment, like you watch 2-3 episode a week. But let me say this, don't think about watching all the 1100 episode and catching up, watch the first few arcs to meet the first crew and watch their stories. That is all you should be thinking about in my opinion. To me if you like One piece by 45 episodes (the introduction saga, which is still big), then you would love the rest. If you dont you dont, and thats ok too and you dont have to read the remainder of my comment. :). Its also kindof an ok point to stop, without having too many questions unanwsered. And if you continue watching, again, keep going at that slow pace. I can assure you the story won't finish before you catch up. Binging will tire you because of the sheer size, taking it slow will let you enjoy, take in the lively world and appreciate the elaborate story. The people who love one piece do feel its a big part of their life, because they have been following this story closely week after week for 5,10 or even 25 years like the real OG. You do feel like you are part of it, the crew, their friend. It cannot come binging. I am just saying this so you dont approach this anime the wrong way.... maybe... people might say you need to reach 100+ or 300+ to understand the beauty of one piece but NO, the real essence of what this anime is about is something you will get to see atleast 3 or 4 times in the 45 episodes I mentioned. That core essence or idea or whatever remains the same throughout, it just keeps expanding and get more detailed. I dont know if I were able to convey properly whats on my mind. But Have a good day.

for me, 25 would been an easy S+, but I would give it an S++ :D, but then watching up to that point, that intro had a bigger impact when I knew all that was going on during that whole arc. In fact opening 25 was very emotional, nearly moves me to tears and and feeling happy.
Ayyo you guys gotta react to 2 videos. The breathtaking world of One Piece and The appeal of One Piece: where to start. They'll at least give you guys an idea of why we like it so much. Trust.
btw that depends on how many episodes you watch if you watch up to point it is right now 3 episodes a day which is 1 hour if you skip beginning and ending songs it will take you 368 days which is 1 year +3 days and then you need to add on any episodes that are added within at least once every week. so it will definitely not be 5 years, it's all determined if your willing to take the plunge. :P
It'll only take 5 years for you guys if you don't focus solely on One Piece. If you watch minimum of 4 eps a day and skip Filler Arcs most people who binge it can easily catch up to One Piece in LESS than 9 months. Also the Openings got longer because at 1 point One Piece stopped doing Ending Themes and only resumed them last year.
