Hi have you noticed any self discharge or drain of charge when the C1000 is fully switched off and allowed to stand for several days or longer?

I just got my external battery hooked it up seen both the C1000 and C1000X app said I need a firmware update I did it says v1.43 now I can't see the C1000X is there a way to back FIRMWARE OUT ? DELEDTED APP AND REINSTALLED no luck Anker closed :(

Ok I bought this with my own money. Here’s why: I wanted a power backup that didn’t need ongoing gas. I also wanted one with enough juice to keep my freezer going. I also wanted one from somebody I’ve actually heard of . I also wanted a warranty from somebody likely to be around for awhile. I also wanted a solar panel that looked reliable and didn’t require an advanced degree in electronics. Finally, what maybe should have been first, was how much compared to other guys who met the criteria. I’m happy with my decision. This review was not helpful. Talked too fast. Note idiot buy the extender but basically used another option.
