I had the same problem now it works like a charm. All you need to do is to perform factory reset on the speaker (check video on that). If problem still persists press on all the buttons simultaneously for 20 sec and it should power on.
I had the same problem. What you gotta do is use the apple brick charger (iPad charger) and not the small like square ones because they don’t have enough power to charge the speaker.
I had the exact same issue.......the only way i turned it on was to plug it into a laptop and then turn the laptop on. for it to turn off I would have to turn of blue tooth and allow speaker to time out.
My first Anker speaker. When I want to turn it on it takes atleast good 30 seconds. And when I wanna turn off must on Bluetooth first and wait another 30 seconds to turn it off. How do I get rid of this?
Just got mine, works fine so,then plugged in to fully charge and have meter so is drawing 0 watts from charger USB. So my assumption is it's fully charged and still has solid red light.so it's probably fully charged and won't go to white.UPDATE: after like 10-15 minutes after full charged...it turned white.ok probably keep it.lol
I stumbled across a fix! disconnect any chargers and open up the unit. Disconnect the 3 pin battery connector and then SHORT them. Easy to do on the 3 battery pins on the circuit board (I just used a screwdriver bit) and hold in short circuit. (If you can watch the Power LED mine started RED brightly and then slowly dimmed). Once completely extinguished (few seconds) I then reassembled and its worked fine!
@@freegeekdude1503 I used a pri tool to take off the front grill which then exposed screw heads which I took out (four around each speaker from memory) and then allowed the front bezel to be removed and access to the PCB Main board.
