Thanks for this review. I was looking for a budget noise cancelling wireless headphones when I saw these Anker Soundcore Space NC. I went to youtube and saw your review, so i took the chance and bought these headphones. Man, all your points are spot on! Your review is very accurate and you covered the important aspects that a customer needs to know about these headphones. I've recommended the headphones to my colleagues at work, and they too bought it and were very happy. As you've said, this headphone lands on the "sweet spot" in sound quality, noise cancelling and price. Peace and thanks again for this review. (I subscribed to your channel already)... For those who are curious about its sound quality, what i can say is that i am not an audiophile and i am quite happy with the sound quality of Bose SoundSports, Apple EarPods, AirPods, and Sony MDR-XB400. If you are okay with the quality of those earphones, then you can not go wrong with the Anker Soundcore Space NC. For Noise Cancelling, according to soundcore's website "Hybrid active noise cancellation technology blocks out up to 93% of low-frequency engine noise and up to 96% of high-frequency sounds such as voices and vehicle horns" so what does it mean? Let me share you my experience. I went to starbucks during the weekend, wore the headphones and turned on the noise cancellation. I sat there and worked with my laptop and some paperwork from my office for an hour. before i started working, i noticed that i can still hear a bit of muffled chatter from the baristas, customers, faint plate and silverware sounds, but they were all tolerable and negligible. So basically, the active NC enabled me to focus on my work in this loud environment. after an hour, i removed my headphones and to my surprise, in addition to the noise inside the restaurant, outside about 10 meters away from where i was working, there was a construction going on and workers were digging the concrete with a jackhammer! Wow, i didn't notice nor hear those construction noise at all. I would also like to mention that i was sitting next to a drive thru and was not bothered nor distracted by car engines either. The Space NC's noise cancellation may not be at par compared to Bose or Sony, but it does the job for the most part. So do not be deceived by its price. Although it is cheap it doesn't necessarily mean that it doesn't perform well.

Thanks for sharing your experience! I tried the Bose QC 35 II and the latest Sony ANC With the ANC turned on and no music playing. I can still hear people talking a little bit. But when I turned the music on I couldn't hear those anymore with the music only turned on around 70%, it drowned the noise. You mentioned that the ANC is turned on when you were doing your work in Starbucks. I would to know if the music is turned on or just the ANC?

Haha I really like that they put how to fold them to make them fit in the case. There is likely 4-5 different ways to fold them so that was nice. I love it when companies put the R and L in side the cup, keeps the outside design clean but still helps you. The touch controls seem really nice too! Never had those before but seems like a great way to manage the use. I know what you mean by turning on ANC and being able to tell a difference in teh sound quality, you almost have to readjust to the new "normal" when it is on. Also, really love that computer wallpaper dude!

Thanks for the very thorough review! I'm a former audio engineer/DJ and I've spent months searching for something that had ANC for travel, comfortable, great sound, no/low audio lag when watching videos, and lastly, priced low enough that if they are lost, stolen, or broken, it won't make me cry. Nice! $80 is a great price. These get the job done for a low price. My brother is DJ/Producer as well. I usually have him give me his thoughts on these audio products as a 2nd opinion. His ear is far more sensitive than mine.

Bought a pair today and have to agree with your review. For the price they’re a really good set. Sound, fit, quality, price are all great. I only have to get used to the sensitivity on the volume, play, pause touch. Of course people are going to comment that other sets may be better but they’re also triple the price.

Good job on this review Mi Gran Jefe! You touched on each and every point that was important to me. I presently have a Sony MDR-7506 which is excellent, but NOT wireless. They become a problem when travelling because I always sit on the aisle and, of course, always draw the passengers with weak bladders. Anyway, I'm going to give these headphones a try. The price is good enough that it doesn't break the bank. It's worth the risk. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the recommendation Jeff i purchased mines from Amazon and love them 😊 quick tip, the headphones and your phone are 2 separate volume levels. Put your phone on 100% and then swipe up on your headphones and you will see how it gets louder and the base shows up even more 😊

Totally agree, the NC on these is MUCH better than the T5's I was shocked. I thought the NC would hold a big L on this one. I was wrong. Yes, it does get better when NC is on. I had to test it more than once and it was much better with it on.

Given your impressions on sound quality alone Treblab Z2 vs Edifier w830bt? Yeah the quality of anc is questionable at that price point. I had those in the past, cant really recommend them. They dont sound that much different than Bluedios cheaper models. There are better headphones for the price.

I had Victory and T4S at the same time and Victorys sound quality didnt justify the price difference (35€ vs 150€ (100€ on sale). I think that Victory is becoming quite old or "outdated", newer Bluedios probably offer more or less the same sound.

T4S has deeper bass but you lose all the bass if you turn on ANC. With the Soundcore Space, the bass is good and gets better with ANC turned on. So if you don't need ANC, buy the T4S. Otherwise buy the Space NC if you need ANC.

T4S is louder than T5. Bluedio makes higher quality headphones too. Like Victory, UFO, and Vinyl Plus. All 3 of those are far louder than T5.

No. At least not for me. The Quiet Comforts have arguably the best ANC on the market. But I’m not a fan of their sound signature.

I bought these headphones on a recommendation from a guy at work and I’m very pleased with them. They’re sold at Walmart for $99 in store. There’s a 2 year warranty for an additional $8 if you chose to buy it. El Jefe was right about everything in his review toward these headphones. Now I’m glad I didn’t buy the Bose QC II headphones. I recommend you buy these and them out for yourself.

There is some but it all comes down to volume level anything above 75% can be heard and probably get picked up by recording equipment.

Sennheiser is tough to compete with. But these are $75 less (on average) and have excellent noise cancellation. The sound quality is good but the Sennheiser has the edge there.

Thnx to this review ... I bought the Anker Soundcore Space NC. I've been playing with it for 2 days now and (probably my fault) there's one thing I cannot find (anywhere). Bluetooth coupling with an android smartphone works perfect ... but ... not with my Toshiba portable (OS = Windows). I was hoping that this would work but only wired connection seems to work with my notebook ? Is there something I'm missing ? Many thnx for your reply on this one Jeff

I don't know why it would not work. I'm using mine with my Lenovo Laptop on Windows 10 right now. Just had to turn on bluetooth, add a new bluetooth device, and they paired up in about 30 seconds.

Another really great pair of headphones would be the Audio Technica M50X's, these headphones are really great at almost everything except for being wireless, but there are some accessories they sell to make it wireless, but these are just really good sounding headphones and are really comfortable as well as other good quality’s and plus it's only like $150 to $160 which is a great price for these things!

Hi El Jefe! I just recently bought the Anker Soundcore Space NC since this is your #1 Budget ANC Headphones I'm not sure if my unit is defective or it's just how Soundcore Space NC is made. Here are some issues that I'm having. 1.) The ANC isn't as good as a lot of reviewers say, I watched Jimsreview on Taotronics TTBH060 and it can muffle down the engine noises really good and a significant noise reduction on Café. You said that Soundcore Space NC has a better NC and I can hear engine noises as if I have no ANC, no significant reduction that I noticed. I can even the phone notification sound from the people beside me. Just a very little amount of sound it blocks out. I had a Bluedio TN, a $10 earphones with ANC and I also added a Comply Eartips to have a better Noise Cancelling It seems that my Bluedio TN with Foam tips cancel out noise better than my Anker Soundcore Space NC 2.) It hurts my neck and jaw for wearing it for a 30 mins or an hour of use... Is my unit defective? I bought it as my birthday gift to myself tomorrow and I am quite disappointed... I could have saved money and bought the Taotronics... Or my unit is just defective

The ANC on the Soundcore Space NC is stronger than the BH060. However, the Bh046 is slightly stronger than these. ANC only reduces low frequency noise. Voices and high pitch notification sounds can still be heard. I took the Space NC both on a flight and on multiple train rides. They most definitely reduce low frequency noise. Is it possible you got a defective set? Sure. Anything is possible. The only thing I can suggest in this case is for you to return them since you are not happy with your purchase. I suggest raising your budget and looking into the Bose QC35 and the Sony WH1000XM3. Those two are the top of the line ANC headphones. You can even try them out at Best Buy before you buy to ensure they will satisfy your needs.

I am refunding my purchase on my Anker Space NC, But I've just noticed while browsing for ANC Headphones in Amazon, that the TT-BH046 has an "UPDATE" A change of logo, instead of the TT it was change into a more unique style. I'm not sure if they also improved the ANC. I'm now hesitant to buy it if it is Improved that it can somewhat cancel out a lot of noise or at least come close to the QC 35 II , a famous reviewer said that the TT-BH060 is close to QC 35 II when it comes to ANC feature , I am expecting the TT-BH060 to at least come closer. I do not want to spend ton of money on Headphones

I would like to hear your thoughts, some RU-vidrs claim that TT-BH046 is almost on par with Bose. If Soundcore Space NC is better than TaoTronics then it's equal with Bose when it comes to ANC.

Hi Jon! This is a great question. I decided to test them both right now to answer you. The TT-BH046 are SLIGHTLY better at low frequency noise cancellation than the Soundcore Space NC. Only slightly. But a win is a win. I'm going to make a video about this soon to crown the new winner. I just wish the BH046 could match the 30-50 hour battery life of the Space NC. I hope this helps!
