Hello, You can find many tutorials on Anki's website on how to do most of not all of the actions you've listed. Also, if/when you purchase a webshop item to be used with Anki, we also add in instructions to get you going. We have streamlined our pronunciation trainers and word lists into the app so it makes building your deck a lot easier.

Hello there, in most cases you would need to download it first to a computer then sync to your smartphone. With Anki always updating, you may want to double check with their support to see if this is now possible. :)

The way I would do it is is to create two separate AnkiWeb.net accounts. Use one to sync your decks from your phone and the second one to sync your computer's decks (choose "upload", NOT "download"). Go to your computer, create a new Anki "profile" (File->Switch Profiles->Add...). Open the new blank profile, use the AnkiWeb.net username and password to log in to the account you use to sync your phone and sync that profile (choose download NOT upload). Once you have your phone decks on the Anki in your computer, you can export the deck as an .apkg file (File->Export). After you have exported the deck (originally from your phone), switch profiles, open the profile you originally used for your computer and then find the .apkg file on your computer (usually on your desktop folder) and double click on it. This will import the deck into your computer account. You now have an account which contains both decks. If you then want to use that account on your phone, or any other device, create a new profile on your phone and sync it with the AnkiWeb.net username and password you used to sync your computer account (choose download, NOT upload). There are slightly faster ways of doing this, but this is a bit safer (creating multiple accounts and profiles is not strictly necessary, but you are less likely to accidentally delete data you don't want to lose).
