55 years old tomorrow, I've been following for at least 3 years maybe more. I commute to work on river trail and can utilize this routine on several cut concrete slopes. By the way, I'm living with blown rotator cuffs I thought 3 years ago I needed surgery. My shoulders are limited, but feel great thanks to Josh. I do various full body workouts never miss a day!

Great information, thank you. I tore all of the ligaments in my ankle 10 years ago, surgery 9 years ago and have limited mobility. I'm headed outside now to start implementing these movements into my daily routine. Always appreciate you guys and all that you do.

This is absolute gold thank you! Doing these exercises on a hill is overall more stimulating than just going up and down in one spot, meaning you're more likely to enjoy it!

Thanks man, glad to see your come back after the injury. Reminds me of myself after my broken (right) leg. Got the clean bill of health from the doc and started heavily back into sports. Managed to regain almost 95% mobility. Your workouts help to push me further. Not that 95 isn't good, but you're helping me get closer to the 100. Thanks! Yep! I'm still subscribed, too.

This is fantastic! I rolled my ankle ~16 times when I was a teenager (20 years ago) playing soccer and since then have struggled to regain strength and balance in that ankle. There is a hill about half a kilometer from my house, and I'm going to start making a routine of walking their and practicing these exercises frequently! Thank you!

I love how you are able to look out at your surroundings and see opportunity for movement/play/rehab/fitness in something like a hill. I started this video thinking it would be boring, but now see all kinds of opportunities to put into practice the things you showed in this video and ideas of my own right outside my front door. I appreciate you for this video!

Thank you! We are bookmarking this for our Argentine tango students, where strength, flexibility, and proprioception of our undercarriage (hips, knees, ankles, feet) are so valuable. One walk we did not see is walking backward downslope. In our tango practice we walk Forward uphill and Backward downhill. This informs the way we want to use our heavy-leg to power our walk. Using the other ways you have shown will add benefits.

This is money... could have saved 2 months of physical therapist guidance. Truely every exercice i had boils down to this and this is simply natural from the moment you can walk again. I swear by this.

Brilliant. I have a perfect hill like that right outside and tried this already and It feels very helpful. I am fresh out of two weeks walking in a boot after 8 weeks non weight bearing at all and I can’t wait to walk without pain or stiffness. I know this will help. Thank you for sharing your recovery tips.

Great content! I'd never thought to use the slant-board to train inversion and eversion. Very cool! I think going barefoot as much as reasonably possible and using minimalist shoes has also helped me. And I think getting comfortable in a deep squat and spending more time there throughout the day has helped too.

found your channel the other day and watched few vids since and seen this ackle vid as your latest vid. then I seen you saying about ankle injury. Well I broke my ankle end of Nov and have had a plate and 8 screws installed. but in general it's a long road back so I'll be watching this vid in great detail. I love to golf and can only mange 5 holes at a time and ankle is killing me after it. it's derailed me badly and funny enough the last vid I watched was from one you posted 2 years ago. and the message in that was about how we take walking for granted and how much we use it. anyways I'll shout up now. I plan to change my whole outlook on life in the coming months and I need to learn to switch off and eat anything other than fast food as it's killing me slowly I can feel it inside. but it's getting the correct mindset to make the changes needed

On a personal note after hiking some mountains, valley, and hills (warm up properly before doing these), i've found that my knees and ankles have become healthier. Movement patterns were quite similar to what you were doing. :D

Josh I found your channel during around March of 2020 around the start of the pandemic. I’ve been watching all your videos ever since. I even enjoy listening to your vlogs while I work out sometimes. Your content has gotten me to literally the best shape of my entire life hands down. I think it’s so funny that I’m literally in a cast and boot right now because I had a pretty had skateboarding accident, I broke my left fibula and messed up some ligaments. I can’t do much right now but once I get this cast off this video will come in handy. Idk I just think it’s cool that you put this up right at the time when I need it. I guess all I’m tryna say is thanks so much for your stuff, I really enjoy it, and please don’t ever stop it really helps.

I've asked this in a couple older posts but haven't heard back. Do you only use body weight for your training? Or do you use weights as well? Your body is very well developed.
