quite terrible!! I'm suprised why poplular opera singers sing so bad today. You'd better listen to Varady - she's perfect in Mozart!! Or at least Cherebassa (who's sings really unhelthy but not so bad as this) but not this disaster
this was written for a castrato, so It's not better any of both, either woman or countertenor. But you know...there are no more castrati around anymore.

@@dongiovanni8899 but it was written for a castrato. So , none of both are correct. Or...both are correct. (Castrati had powerful voices but in the mezzo range, a falsetto singer cannot sing voce piena, the mezzo woman at least sings voce piena. Opera is not only theatre and acting, it is also music and voice types.)
