Even when actresses don't make major changes like nose jobs, they use so much botox and filler that they look permanently startled. A lot of men end up looking like that too, though they wait til they're a bit older then the girls.
So many of them look old with the filler and Botox, young women right now, I mean. They look like women in their 40s who are trying to not age and in turn look older.
The movie "My Girl" was the first I saw in a theater. I was 10-11yrs old at the time. When she goes back to see Thomas J. In his coffin, even back then, it broke me. It still at 47yrs of age makes me lose my mind bawling. She's an amazing and underrated actress in my opinion.
I think sometimes a little imperfection makes a person more relatable. Obvious example everyone remembers is Jennifer Grey who was cute with a nose that wasn’t “Hollywood perfect” but had a nose job and became unhirable.
The "actress nose" WTF is wrong with Hollywood?! I can imagine producers and agents just causally saying shit like, "yeah you don't have the right nose. But if you go down the street, you can get a new one." Like the wrong size of a pinché blouse or shoes.
She looks beautiful and I'm glad there are actors out there who refuse cosmetic surgery. Everyone starts looking like each other in the end with surgeries.
My favorite picture of her in this video is with the short, upswept hairstyle. You can clearly see the uniqueness of her beautiful face, as others have already mentioned. Never let negative people rob you of what is truly yours.
She was great in Inventing Anna. She never got any glamor girly roles in her twenties like so many actresses with shaved off noses but many of those women typically struggle to find work when they age out of being youthful and "hot". Whereas she was allowed to take actual acting roles and so can probably work for a lot longer because youth and beauty is not what she based her career off of.
She’s fn gorgeous! We’re sick of seeing women who all look the same. It’s boring, truly. I’m sure many of these conventional beauty’s may well be great actresses, but I’m so wildly underwhelmed and uninterested in many of their movies.
“The actress nose?” That’s insane… Anna is really pretty, and even if she wasn’t she’s a talented actress. I like that she didn’t compromise her feelings.
Her nose makes her face recognizable and she knew that and didn’t want to jeopardize it regardless of the roles it lost her. Some people do have nose jobs and become so “blah” they don’t stand out anymore, for example Jennifer Grey from Dirty Dancing.
I think it was because child actors are usually hired because they’re cute once they age out of being cute they stop casting them Home Alone Kid, Two & A Half Men kid, and her lots of others to just a case of a kid being cute and they fit the look a director wants then puberty hits and they usually just stop getting casted.
Cookie cutter people are so forgettable, you know, good ol’ whats her face. She is beautiful, those eyes are hypnotic and her nose is proportionate with her face, I don’t get it.
She was an adorably cute little girl in a snake pit industry . I don’t think were ai her father I would have exposed her to that . Its good to she is a well rounded and resourceful adult now .
This is what Hollywood wants. Plastic stars and ‘yes men’. She was right not to change her look, why should she? Everyone is different everyone is unique. They should accept who you are.
Her nose is fine. I know Hollywood probably wanted her to have the button nose that female stars usually have but her nose is fine. I’m glad she resisted that part of Hollywood.
Scummy to shame her about her nose. I think she's very pretty. She's almost a younger, cuter Melissa Gilbert. Good for her for sticking to her principles.
I was a theatrical photographer for 18 years. I was well known and respected for my head shots. My photos got people work because. Tye person looked like their pictures! I can't tell you how many STUPID things people have been told about their "look". Things that actually inhibited them. And or damaged them. More than a few eating disorders. Anyway, as a professional photographer. There's nothing wrong with her nose.
One good thing about youtube is you can watch entertainment/info from people you find engaging, not just someone picked by someone else who found them attractive 😂😂
