Thanks. Very informative. Always want to hear about autophagy from actual researchers. On spermidine, not sure about the test, my Iollo does a lot of metabolites,, spermidine being one. Its from a home drawn blood sample and I assume in serum or plasma. Mine seems to be on high end.
I'm wondering about the dose of Spermidine and if natural sources of Spermidine such as wheat germ would serve as well if not better to improve autophagy
