Our sweet Anna turned 12! What a sweet and fun girl! She is such a trooper. She had her pre-college Juilliard audition on the morning of her birthday and there was also some filming done at our house by a production company (I'll let you know if anything comes of it!) Then we had a fun meal & Party. On Sunday we had some amazing fries at "Pommes Frites". A fry store in West Village NYC then we went birthday shopping! I went to The March Hare and Anme in East Village and Elijah took some of the kids to the Lego Store & The American Girl Doll Store to get some more presents! #largefamilylife

The shop owner was amazing, what a nice man watching out for the children. Elijah and Noah are the greatest big brothers. Moe’s is amazing at shopping. Happy Birthday, Anna! You have the best kind of floors (hardwood) for playing jacks. I grew up playing the game on concrete and the sides of my hands (and those of my friends) were always a bit bloody from scooping up the jacks. Keep at it until you get good at it and you will not want to stop playing.

My children are adults now, but I still love American Girls! So fun to see all of it again. When my girls liked them, there wasn’t a store yet, we ordered from a catalog! Do they still have Samantha’s Violin??? Happy Birthday Adorable Anna! Btw, still praying for Chloe to have a complete recovery…. Praying that it will never cause that sweet girl anymore pain…..
