@@rachalcross3371 yes. I don't mind the white queen since there is little information to write a story from that specific time other than king Richard which is over done but tobg there is tons! There was no reason for her to repeat making Anne the villian especially when many historians say that's bullshit she really had very little choice.

Natalie is a amazing actress, but I fell in love with how Anne was, the type of person, the list just goes on with that as well. She was a woman ahead of her time, and crazy smart. A Queen.

Spanish princess Anne has the perfect look, seems to have charisma, and if not for Philippa Gregory's poison pen and premium cable obsession with oversexualization, I think she could be great in a fleshed out AB role. I think s2 Anne Boleyn as played by Dormer is pretty goddamn historically accurate from what we know. S1 Anne, Natalie did what she could. She brought ALOT more depth than I think Showtime expected bc they wanted a hot, scheming cock tease and not much else. I mean we almost had a BLONDE AB, wtf. S1 Anne is ok to me in The Tudors(moments of depth, but WAY oversexualized). But s2 fixed EVERYTHING except not enough french hoods, the B necklace where is she, and the trying to make Henry look good scenes at the expense of Anne(him crying abt KOA death lol plz and not wearing yellow with Anne like he did in ACTUAL HISTORY after KOA death). S2 is imho why she's become notorious in the role(plays the rise and downfall so well), tho I'm forever torn bw Anne of the Thousand Days Anne and The Tudors Anne as my absolute favorite.

Looks wise, I definitely agree. The casting of Charlotte as Catherine and the actress who played Anne was pretty spot on in how they looked and they nailed Anne's green dress with the black cover on her head as well as the B necklace. Henry too! He looked very much like that as a young man before his riding accidents.

He felt something about her and everyone else after her was because he didn’t have an heir yet for 23 years. If Catherine didn’t have tons of miscarriages and gave him an heir Anne Boleyn wouldn’t be in the picture. Maybe as a mistress but not as a queen. Anne promised Henry a son yet she gave him one of England’s best queens in history. As Catherine gave him Mary. So yes first true love is Catherine as I had said.

@@RoseRose-bn1js I decided to speak on this, according to history books and articles. I respect Anne but Catherine didn't want to be just a lover either. She wanted the be queen, as she was betrothed to Arthur her destiny was to become Queen of England. Henry hurried to get Catherine out because as they said Anne promised him a son she was young and well so Henry thought that was true. As soon as Elizabeth was born Henry became un happy. You can not compare a king who beheaded a queen than a king who divorced a queen if you get what I'm saying.
