It’s a matter of degree and quality.It’s fine to personalise as long as awareness and wisdom is in attendance - ie.as long as you are ‘playing the game’ and you are not lost within the game. Risk of suffering may have to be accepted over risk of becoming an automaton.I don’t know if you understand? Feel free to disagree.
Thank you so so much for sharing your experiences. It was so heartening to listen to you being your authentic self. Like you, I need to limit interaction with folk who think they are the body/mind as it is very draining. I often use of the analogy of it being like radiation....ok in small doses :) I prefer to spend time in nature with my dog. I had quite a number of "ah hah" moments listening to you and David and for that I am truely grateful. I wish you well on your journey.
Big hug to both of you. I aligned much of Anne-Elizabeth's story with mine so this was very helpful. Also another note, I enjoyed the part about diet. I've been a vegetarian for a few years now with gluten and dairy allergies. I have found this lighter diet to help with keeping the heavier energies at bay. Much love to you both and thank you David!

It instantly disengages me from identifying with any thought that was inviting me to give up my happiness and enter into suffering.

Who are " they" who give you does invitations of nasty feelings like quilt etc..And why? ...that one keeps slipping away..It has to do with the gnostic principle of the demiurge? Can somebody clarify this for me?
