Well, it's not his fault either because HIS dad was the reason he turned out that way..... and his grandfather was responsible for that..... and so on and so on.... see the problem? Take responsibility for your own actions, people, and stop playing the victim. The vast majority of people suffer trauma at some point in their lives and the same vast majority do not become drug addicts or alcoholics who plow their cars into stationary objects at 90mph.

my mom was raised in a very abusive environment...very. She is 88 now. She is the most loving, kind and giving person I have ever known. She forgave her abusers, lived her life.. loving my dad for 60 years, nursed him during his last few years of life and raising her 4 kids and one of her grandkids.
