It would be useful to mention the dates when you take the videos, as seasons do not really start and end in specific dates. Instead, they gradually shift over time. The month of May is part of the spring-summer transition.

Spring is the best time to visit this place as there are natural blossoms at the start of the spring and also the small flowering plants are freshly planted. So the flowers will be a lot more in spring compared to what you see in this video. This means March to June is very good time to visit this region (this is true for most of the places in Europe).
