Thank you so much for all of your support over the last 10 years everyone. We honestly wouldn’t be where we are right now without it and we’ll never forget that! Nothing has to end until we die 😅 They still could've made a video in future, even if it's in 1 years, 5 years or never 🤷 Nothing has to end.. the Beatles channel won't suddenly die when Paul and Ringo are dead . Announcements like this are unnecessary. When they met in person again they will thin, oh we could make a video to surprise our subscribers! something else is happening here, someone doesn't like them being together maybe 😉 just speculation 🤣

Is that really fair? They grew up. Have families and didn’t have the same focus. It was more grief for her because she wasn’t ready for it to end but it was a job and he doesn’t want that job anymore….we all get that choice, right??

I don't recall him mentioning her when they had the channel, except when he said he had to film, so I wouldn't read too much into that. Sure, he mentions Lucy, but they lived lived together and seen each other a lot. Where as Lia had already moved out of London years earlier, and they didn't see each other nearly as often. Like the commet said, they grew up, and both of their lives have changed. Maybe there were still a bit of hard feelings, but let them work it out without our assumptions. Sometimes people are in our lives just through a season. Doesn't mean we love them less, or the time we had is less meaningful, just that the paths we are now on is in a different direction.

I don't think it is telling. Lia just got married it seems (from her own channel it looks like she got married within the last month or two or so) and Joel has already moved in up north with his significant other. This is how life works sometimes, things you think won't happen, happen, and sometimes the things you think will happen, don't. I mean, it's been a good 10 year run. I would have liked to have seen a continuation of some sort. But these are two separate people, with lives of their own who have to do what they have to do. Also, sorry for the late response I just saw this video today.

Sad news, but once you both stopped traveling to the US, I knew it was a matter of time before it would be over soon. Change is part of life, you've both have found your significant others and your lives are taking on new paths. I know it's sad and scary to no longer continue what you have been doing for the past 10 years, but Lia, you're newly married and before long you may have kids, it would be impossible to try to raise babies and travel internationally on a regular basis. I know that this is a frightening new adventure but it's just part of the growing pains in life.. Thank you both for opening up your lives to us and letting us see the US through your eyes. Now go get ready for the next level of your life!!!

I'm not surprised, simply because you both have been doing this for so long, and both have had an amazing number of changes in your lives. Which is completely (or should be completely) expected as you move on in life. This happens to everyone. What we were doing 10 years ago, we aren't doing now. Other people never want things to change when they are enjoying something, but it's not realistic. Even Breaking Bad had to have an end, ya know? The point is, Joel and Lia, you have given us all such a wonderful time, with giving us the two of you in hotel room discussions and the travel videos and live streams. Thank you so much, and thanks for not closing the channel so that we could go back and rewatch if we'd like. Plus, there's always those that will find your videos in the future and can enjoy them, as well. Lia will still be online with Ach (?) and Joel will be online with Keegan. I'm glad that both Lia and Joel are still friends and that there's no drama -- that would be so sad. I hope the two of you will remain just as close for years to come. Be happy! ❣❣❣❣

Relationships can change people for the better or for the worse. It sounds like it's not just Lia missing out on Joel but this also involves his own family as well. That's typically not a good sign. Never say never for those two brits is all I'll say. It could take months or it could take years.

i had a feeling after the pandemic & especially during the rebrand of the channell. also, the “podcast” style. they couldn’t successful evolve the channel with changing analytics and what people want to watch. ten years ago wasn’t short-form content preferred? the people love long form. now it’s the podcast format that’s in style. they didn’t have guests. it was a chopped 2 hour video and just cut into weekly topics. they shoulda went back to basics.

I just want to let the two of you know how much I’ve loved your channel over the years ❤ …. I discovered you while I was going through chemotherapy for breast cancer…. You have no idea how much your content helped me get through some rough times in my life …. You totally entertained me, bought a smile to my face and made me laugh…. I still have your tea towels and beautiful white bath robe (my daughters’ surprise Christmas present❤)…. Of course I’ll miss watching the two of you interact and making me laugh but I’m glad I can still go back and watch (like TV reruns )….. I wish you the very best, may God guide you in your future projects and in life ….. thanks so much for the laughs 😊

I love you guys and your channel. I started watching in 2017 when i was missing london after a trip with my sister. Your humorous dialougue always was a ray of sunshine. Your friendship and chemistry always felt open an inclusiveness at times when i felt down or alone. I will always remember the fun vibes you had. Genuinely what you guys had was so special and unique. Im just a gal in NYC but i really could relate and loved the fun nature of your relationship it was inspiring. But i totally understand lifestyles and life happens. I had my first baby and it was a huge shift in my life and i had to leave a lot of prior commitments to focus on that part of my life. So when Joel says he wants to be present for the 2 kids in his relationship i totally understand that traveling and distance is hard on interpersonal relationships especially when you have kids. I love travel so much but it does change things with kids. I can only hope and wish one day for a reunion!!!! And if you decide to come back one day i wouldnt be mad! Good luck to you both and thank you for the entertainment. Also i thought the pivot to podcast was such an exciting evolution for you two that just needed refinement i thought it could have been great! I hope you guys would do a podcast together it would and will be brilliant. Love you guys miss you guys as a jersey girl would say. Will watch and support your individual endeavours.

This breaks my heart 💔 I think the only reason I wish I'd known sooner is because money is tight and I would have ended my membership, especially since the price jumped so much. I already subscribe and have a membership to your other channels and am excited to see what comes next. Thanks for the memories and all the laughs. Been watching you for so long. Since the days of the J and L in the background and the videos at the end of the bed. For some reason I vividly remember when you switched to "thrice weekly" and debated how to say it. I used to say your welcome and going away messages with you. It sounds weird, but it felt like you were my friends that I invited into my home and loved the convos! I'll continue to wear my Legends hoodie, Joel and Lia ball cap, and the world's most comfortable robe with pride. I watch the Cameo I got from you anytime I'm feeling low and will always toast to you when I have a glass of prosseco. You guys brought me and so many others so much joy and I sincerely thank you for that. You really were an iconic duo, like you were meant to be together almost like Ant and Dec. It's the end of an era and it's hard to process. I'm sure I'm not the only one who will go through a brief mourning period, but I know all good things must come to an end. Best of luck to you both in the next exciting chapter. I'll continue to follow your journeys as long as you continue to share them. Thanks for everything. You will be sorely missed. I have followed your videos forever. I’ve enjoyed so many. I had my daughter in 2017. The name Lia went on my list. It’s the only name we could agree on so that’s what we called her, however, spelled Leah. Thanks for the laughs (and the tears when I laughed so hard) and for the name inspiration! I'm both surprised and not surprised. The most important thing is that y'all are still friends, as your friendship is very real. As schedules and desires allow, I hope y'all will show up on each other's channels occasionally and/or do a longer video on this channel once or twice a year about whatever y'all want to talk about. I've been watching your videos since around 2016 or 2017 and have been entertained, educated, and even supported when I've gone through some tough times. I can hear the sadness in both of your voices and see on your faces how difficult this decision has been for you both. At the same time, I can also see that this was sort of the inevitable conclusion given all the changes in Joel’s life and the geographic distance between you. It is definitely sad that we won’t be seeing your two smiling, happy faces together anymore because I really enjoyed the genuine love and friendship that was evident in your videos. And I’ll definitely miss all the fun silliness! But, things change, life moves on, and sometimes we have to make way for new things to come into our lives. Honestly, I didn't see much sadness in Joel. I think lia didnt want it to happen and Joel had lived with it for awhile, so he was ready. Sad for Lia.

First aware of channel when your luggage got stolen in France. Kept showing up in recommended. Couldn’t bear to watch bc you were so distraught. So I clicked on the channel and first watched allll the videos prior. Caught up and became big fan instantly. First live stream I saw was in NYC/New Jersey and I watched all those. That was a very special trip! I watch everything you two do individually and look forward to more from Lia - maybe comedy? You’re a special and funny actress. Love to you both.
