I don't think that dog is scared, plus thats a service dog- Unless the joke is the poster is annoying, there is many legitmate reasons why she'd need her service dog. Plus the dog doesn't even seem scared, its stance is normal and its ears arent back. It isn't trying to hide either, it has it's head on her lap which is a common task for anxiety service dogs.
