To be honest, I'm sure 90% of those people didn't appreciate that but the minority that did would have completely made this worth it, because its so unusual to hear metal being played in public.

It would've been the greatest thing if you started with a "normal" song so they would get into it and then you suddenly Kmac2021'd it. Like that blackbird djent video he did. That way they don't just ignore you throughout the video and you get a bit more of a reaction.

I found the reactions of the public awkward. It's like they don't know how to behave around something they don't understand and aren't familiar with. They felt out of their comfort zone so they made awkward little jokes like the "ironic" sign of the horns and the sarcastic dancing. It's like you made them enter a different world when they walked past you.

fantastic- this kills two birds with one stone: 1-it entertains and pleases those who are cool enough to like it 2- it pisses off and annoys those who are uncool and dislike it. sounds like a win win to me

They think it's just noise and don't understand the skill required to perform ANY sort of music, I'm well into my metal, always have been, always will be.
