They do routine food drops on the island. They don't just dump him there. He does fine.

I wish they left a couple camera crews just to watch him for a few days; I don’t care what he does, I will find it not only entertaining, but utterly fascinating. That’s what orangs are.

In captivity he was kept in a such a tiny cage that his hands and feet became deformed. He has recovered some hand use but his feet are still problematic.

Hercules!! One of the succes of helping and saving this beautiful oeranutans!! His has his hands handicaps it comes abouth CRIMENEL village People, he was in an gates so litle he,s hands can,t grooing!! Discusting me!!! But now he is saved and hope that he has an nice life on this island!!!

Borneo's forest, Guatemalan, Brazilian, etc. Every forest in this beautiful earth are gone because of rhe industry, it doesn't matter what kind of industry, the human beeb, who handle the industry have the responsability to ruin our planet. Sad, so sad!

Most zoos are not exactly up to par. The goal is for them to have as much freedom as can be given. He spent so long in cages already, that being back in a cage all the time would not be fair for him. He deserves to experience life beyond walls- even if it's only half of the year. In a zoo, he could never have that.
