Very useful tips for Sri Lankan cooking. Especially for kiri elawalu. These might seem as simple tips but these are the techniques for a healthy and yummiest meals. I've experienced the difference from my very first Sri Lankan dishes. One more thing on menu planning, because of this I can simply control my budget and calories with a variety of dishes along the week. Here in Australia we get the catalogues (Coles and Woolies etc) with special prices/half price deals and we can get the best of it now. Thanks
