Damn! HUGE W to Linda for preparing all of this lovingly for him!!!!! Of all the people i see online, she is just the most wholesome one even with all that bullying and 2 second screentime hahha.
@@kanojenkuninkatpete4119 if ur aiming for a long term diet, u start high and lower with time, i bodybuild, i know this inside out. start at 2500 calories for 1 week and check the weight the day u start vs 7 days later, if you go down 0.5kgs in a week ur i a deficit of 3500 cals / week, splitting this in 7 days to get daily intake = 500 of a deficit per day which is a good start. if your not loosing weight when starting ur too high and need to lower cals. find ur starting point where u goes down 0.5 kgs a week and keep checking, after 2-3 months ur not gonna go down anymore because ur body is adjusting to ur new intake, then u lower again and so on until ur happy with the results. The most important thing that everyone forgets tho is that ur body is adjusting to ur diet so when u end it u cant just go back to eating a 3000 calorie diet every day again because now uve dieted for a year and ur body is used to 1800 calories /day meaning if u eat 3000 from nowhere ur gonna gain 1200 cals everyday which is over 1kg in a week, like u did when dieting you need to work slowly up again and let ur body get used to maintaining more food again until ur back at your normal calorie intake.
@@jonteberglund7365 I'm not reading all that but if you're right then good job on educating people, and if you're wrong then idk fuck you i guess and have a good life
I think u should keep going. All the jokes and memeing "haha anomaly fat" aside, I'd really love to see you getting healthier and losing weight. you're a good dude and you deserve to be healthy and happy!
No joke its pretty cool to see you're enjoying eating healthy, changing your diet and eating healthy really makes a difference to your body. Hope to see you continue and start your journey on becoming healthier
@@darkaleksboy1548 i mean if an alternative to a kfc bucket, is shoving a japanese village daily ration worth of food, than its not really a diet) you just subtitute one with another with bo real benefit. You stop killing you pancreatic and start killing you liver or something. Also, half a liter of soya sauce with every bit does not help))
@@user-ni7gk5tg5j He ate way worse before this. Anomaly is a 6 ft 6 giant so he still needs a lot of food even when on a diet. And the foods in the video don't even have that many calories as you would think in the end. The whole point is that he's eating clean and that his calorie, sugar, carb, and fat consumption is WAY lower.
There was nothing healthy about that diet lmao do u think if u take a greasy ass taco and remove the tortilla from it the rest stays healthy? Neither does adding some veggies to a fried cheese stuffed omelette make it healthy. Not to mention diet coke. Dude was so sad about not drinking milk yet every single meal he ate had creamy sauces or cheese
@Zelassin this is actually pretty healthy to what he eats normally... which Is 80 percent carbs from mcdonalds and fucking energy drinks and 20 percent other shit he orders. None of the stuff he ate looked greasy or had alot of oil, so it's fine.
@@jonginny9879 yea his normal diet is obviously shit, but that doesnt make carbs bad, even though your comment kind of stated that. Calories in/out is really just what matters the most, you should never remove an entire macronutrient from your diet, which is why keto is not that great itself. MAYBE if you need to lose a lot of weight but generally there is nothing great about keto.
His diet wasn't a 100% diet. Ludde can't go in a diet without eating omelets, burgers, creams or drinking coke. Also, where are the damn fruits? Nowhere to be seen. He failed to be frankly.
This is so wholesome! You guys decided to improve your life together in the end, truly inspirational. You have inspired me to eat better and cook more at home. Please update us on your progress through out the 6 months, I am eager to see how it will affect your daily lives. 😊
@@obby2479 I lost 16kg in two months, and I had a few plateau points and a few days where I had too many calories so the weight stagnated. No problems at all losing that much. Only thing you're gambling with with such a weight loss (if you have all the micronutrients and macronutrients and are just on a caloric deficit) is that you can have loose skin if you loose too much weight too fast. Still infinitely better than being fat
@@lxlek857 yessir, I mean, I am happy seeing him on a diet, but I don't want to see a stick, I want a 1,90m gigachad in a ski mask, holy shit that would be intimidating af
Damn you nailed this, I'm happily surprised how positively you did this. Like you said, you're feeling more energetic, so there's reason enough for you to continue. Also the mental of being proud of yourself is what people don't notice easily, even though it's the biggest positive change. I'm gonna need to start prepping groceries better and eating healthier.
i love anomalys vids so much ive been just watching the meetups over and over again for the past few days also have fun eating rabbit food you little pilsbury dough mascot
more content like this anomaly we beg you! whole school project is watching you and making documents about your life and then we do a presentation on it
i feel like if anomaly kept doing this and added more activities to his life and specially working out even for 45 minutes every 2 or 3 days that would actually make him lose fat quickly and also not develop that extra skin that needs surgery to be removed because i used to be fat as well but when i did my fitness transformation journey and when i was done with it i had gained the same weight but instead of it being fat it is instead muscles and it made me feel pretty good and more confident about myself even with my shirt off so i was very happy and i wish anomaly can have the same level of happiness i had and many other people had when they changed their life to the better, and i hope papa succeeds in his challenge as well, its soooo heartwarming and special seeing you guys actually doing this now all seriously, god bless you ludde and papa anomaly for entering this joy into our hearts and putting a wide smile in our faces and i wish you guys the best
Its great to see that you are not afraid to try something new. As long as it gives you energy and you feel good, you should continue. Which shouldnt mean that you cant eat anything else, but just find some nice healthy dishes to include in your normal lifestyle. Usually, your body gets used to whatever food you are eating. I would like to see you try 1 month (maybe also some other diet, there are so many). And it would be interesting, if you like the stuff you eat normally less after your body has get used to different food. If you can pull of 1 month vegan, I would be very impressed.
In all seriousness though, well done mate, this is great and you should definitely keep it up for as long as you can! Explore more healthier food and when you start seeing the weight loss you will feel so proud of yourself!
@@greasybastard602 The problem isn't him doing keto, the problem is that this is likely a maintenance calorie diet which has the result of... nothing. Even gym bros don't sit at maintenance calories - it's smarter to either cut or bulk, not try to do both over an extended period of time.
Anomaly i fully support this. great job and i hope you keep it up. maybe you will live to see 45 if you do. i sure damn hope so because your videos have been fun to watch ever since i was a teenage boy. i know people all make jokes and stuff but we all want to see you healthy because we love you and your dad and all the other boys
fortsätt me detta, kollat p dig sen 2015 o bara av att du testa detta fick min vän motivation o köra likadant du är en förebild även om du ej tror dey ❤
Definetly keep going would be cool to see u all healthy and feeling better also about youself and also keeps ur more energetic to keep making these cool videos that everybody loves. 👌
I think this really goes to show that you don't have to give up 'junk food' like burgers to be healthy. Untimatley, you can still eat everything you enjoy even if it is a bit unhealthy, but moderation is key, and not doing it every day helps, and making sure to eat all of the food groups from unprocessed sources is really all it takes. To all those trying to diet/lose weight, stay strong 💪💪
keep goin anomaly u know u can do it and we will be proud of u if u keep on goin. Also if u start goin to the gym u will se a big difrence in ur life-style so i think you should try it but don't go to fast take it slow and keep working hard.
So happy to see this. A slight keto deticit of about 200-500 calories and some weight training you’ll be a fucking machine in 6 months. Keep it up from Sverige :-)
You know if anomaly did some weightlifting he would be ungodly strong. Bro is 6'5 and weighs like 250-300 he's already got a good chance at being stupidly strong.
Never gonna happen, you need discipline and want to improve, he has enough money to retire now and basically enjoys his life to the max including all the fat and fast food and energy dricka
@@side3672 There is no difference between consuming fastfood and consuming healthy food, it's still eating. Eating healthy involves spending a lot of money too. You can be obsessed with healthy eating the same way you can be with junkfood eating.
@@SweatyFeetGirl what's unhealthy in soy sauce? coke is unhealthy mostly because it contains a lot of sugar. he was drinking zero sugar. didn't see tons of cheese
Wdym he was eating like 1 meal a day. Sure they were big meals but its bc he only ate 1-2 times a day so in reality he was eating very little, like maybe 800-1200kcal a day wich is way too low and he should actually eat a little bit more
@@kitsv in the 24 hours period he would still eat shit tons of food, it doesn't look like it but if you do the calculations for it he is actually eating as much a 1 1/2 average sized humans
@@Bebias07 no, they were 800-1200 calorie meals and he only ate once or twice a day (thought when he ate twice he ate smaller meals) and hes like 300lbs so he needs maybe 2500 calories a day. hes eating like 1200, wich is a 1300 deficit wich is extreamly low.
@@Bebias07 he is tall of course he eats more than the average person. he doesnt need to eat 1k calories per day to lose weight. For example I am 193cm tall 91.7kg and i do excessive excercise 5 times a week, for me to maintain my weight i need 3.1k calories per day and now that i am on a 'cut' i need to consume 2.6k calories which is still more than the average person. Anything that has to do with a diet whether you are on a bulk or a cut or just trying to lose weight you need to base your diet on your bw and height not everyone is the same.
Im on a calorie deficit over a year now, im eating 1400 ccal per day and i lost 28 kg already. You should defenetly continue. That made me happier over all and im not a fat f*ck i used to be. No downside at all.
