I think it's achievable if you eat MREs because they are meant to have a lot of calories in a small package. There are also those emergency bar rations which have an insane amount of calories for their size

I think it’s possible to an extend. If you eat the right food with a high calorie count per 100g, I think it’s possible. For instance, food like cream, pecan- and macadamia nuts, have a really high percentage of calories per 100g
