When the air valve freezes the air leaks out. Defrost with pocket torch. It works. No leaks.

Are you using alcohol? Some of your issues may have to do with freezing in the lines. Make sure the tanks are purged but damp weather right around freezing can cause havoc in the air system which is why there is the alcohol system. The four way leak could have been because of internal air line freezing. The park brake is notorious for leaking after time. You will want to rebuild it and clean it out because it will only get worse. It probably has powdery debris in it as well as stiff rubber seals. Not hard to rebuild though and often just a clean out and some silicone grease is all they need. While you are getting rebuild kits, get one for both pressure regulators by the tanks, the four way valve and the blow off regulator. They are all easy to rebuild. Some times it is best to just suck it up and do them all proactively since I really sucks having air leaks always cropping up. Once they are rebuilt you should have no issues for the next 20 years including in the winter.
