Nelson's retrofit glow up was Independence tier. She is now one of the absolute best non-UR battleships in the game. I'd put her above Hood due to her modified barrage based on enemies on the screen. This variety makes her good both for mobbing and bossing. What a retrofit.
Still waiting for the Ship of Royalty HMS Renown to have her retrofit. One of the most beautiful battlecruisers to exist and the reason I picked up Azur lane all those years ago.
I suggest you to made an endgame stages content, that would be helpful to player when they reached ch 12 or later. Anyway thx for your hardwork Neldrin
Also would like to shout out that Zuikaku and Shoukaku are now obtainable in the medal shop which is a very strong CV pairing for new players, especially when used with Nagato who is also in the medal shop.
I just started playing Azur Lane for about a week now and reached level 30. My goal would be to build a PR Ironblood fleet. Is there a faster way to get Ironblood tech points or other faction's tech points in general? Thank you.
Hey man thanks for the first video on the 6 good beginner ships. I just started like some days ago. This might be too broad but I hope you can cover good blue/purple equipment, which no one does because most accounts I could see are 3-4 years old.
Nah its okay u can continue develop regular roon while leveling up your roon muse. Switching development will waste your time at the moment, just finish it first
It's fine Roon muse is more for damage and debuffing and standard Roon is a dedicated tank kinda like Eugen but actually does okay damage. They do different things.
I have this weird theory So Enterprise gets her retrofit by seeing Franklin CV-13 getting highly damaged at the Battle in Leyte and watching Princeton get sunk. Triggering flashbacks to her sisters sinking. Maybe I dunno Just a theory
I do not think that Roon muse is a big enough upgrade over Portland retro that i justifies buying her for 1500 cores instead of buying ~1.9 shells. Especially for a beginner.
She's arguably not even an upgrade- Portland is a solid 10% tougher, and while Roon does put out more damage, it's not to a degree that she can compete with "real" DPS ships from the vanguard fleet.
Jean De Arc, Bremerton and Noshiro are all obtainable in the War Archive as a guaranteed drop at 60 sorties of D3. A good starter fleet can get you there after a while, and all CLULD drop early if farming D3 maps.
The only thing you can upgrade her is via Augment module. But her gear is mid. Armor break has a low activation chance bound on her slow firing rate. FP% increase is a joke. A percentage of a small number is also a small number. They should have given her an offensive shield similar to Roon u, with HP scaling for damage.
Is it any guide to know when to use ship againts light, med, heavy armor unit? Also i can't tell the weapon is it good or not how to consider the suitable weapon for any ship? How to know which type armor enemy had?
World 14 is hard to discuss with this type of list, really you need to take the gloves off and start throwing some good PR ships/build ships (like Bristol).
A ship inthink you can add now is Takao, with her new augment she can easily pimp out pver 100k dmg as a vanguard unit while being decently evasive for a heavy crusier.
Hood was my first main battleship(in that time there weren't many battleships to chose from so she was a good BB early 2019), but I would never recommend her to anyone who wants a ship that is lategame proof in 2023, she sadly just isn't, every event BB outperforms her by a lot(for chapter 9 and maybe 10 she should be fine tho). She is cool to use early game.
Not true at all, she’s practically going to be a player’s best mobbing BB before W13 and W14, and is only really gonna be replaced by FdG (who is the best at that role for later worlds). Hood was fairly meh before her augment, but I don’t think you realize how good of a mobbing BB she is because of it. And the fact of the matter is, FdG is not going to be that hard to get once you hit W12 as you can farm coins to raise her dev level, so for anything up to W12, Hood is definitely worth it to raise as a newer player.
I considered it some years ago when I'm doing live streams. Though I'm not very familiar with how to set it up and I'm too boomer to learn about it. Tho I'm looking for 2D avatars that I can use, similar to Woohoojin.
i am happy to see your guides my Husband plays azure lane and i want to catch up to Him asap and i find your Guids very helpfull :3 is there any guide how do you build a team? i mean yes we have this Besties Ships but what should you look at when making your fleet?
Ah yes, there is. You can look up my channel's page. There is a fleet building guide and roles explained that will help you on building your team/fleet
Hey man 2 days ago my newcomer event is over but i reach world 11-4 with 3 starts with one fleet. I cannot go for world 12 cuz my commander level is 78 but i have time to build second fleet. I was following some outdated guide and my current fleet is enter/unicor/pensy/jave/portland/helena but now i am feeling a bit overwhelmed like i need proper guide to clear 12/13/14 without changing every day a ship. Like basic 2x fleet to clear all this wolrd would be nice and another issue is to build second fleet i feel i need to go over again cuz they are low level ships...
Its time to build a dedicated mob fleet which will fight most battles until the boss node appears. This mob fleet will also be more levels higher due to being sortied a lot more than your boss fleet😂.This mob fleet shall focus on sustainability comprising of a vanguard study tank cruiser, a supportive or offensive light cruiser or dd. Main fleet a tanky BB to protect from suicide ships, a healer carrier and a offensive or supportive carrier/battleship. For example a decent mobbing setup Vanguard Tank - portland/eugen/any other tank royal navy if you have Support - Sirius/Dido/any other CL you have Offensive - starter DD Main Flagship - Hood/Nelson Off flag - Queen Elizabeth Support - Unicorn retro The basic idea of the sample mob fleet is Queen Elizabeth buffs all royal navy ships in this fleet, she does little damage herself but the buff she offers is great. Hood/Nelson are the main damage dealers with their barrages. Unicorn keeps the vanguard healthy with her heals and deals damage as well. The vanguard keeps the offense up while waiting for the backline to fire their shots, the tank absorbs the hits, the light cruiser offers her support Sirius buffs the carrier and also recieves QE buffs, while Dido buffs QE and herself as well, the starter dd if its a royal navy receives buffs from QE as well. Boss fleet is a bit simpler, pretty much try to fit as much damage as possible and still have good survivability if the boss battle gets prolonged. Boss fleet is where your hard hitters are to be placed. I'll try to give a sample boss fleet i used when I started out. Vanguard Tank - any tanky one you have Support - Helena Anti air - Sandy or any other cleveland/atlanta class Offensive - starter DD Main fleet Support - Independence retro Main dps - Enterprise Fleet buffer - Prince of Wales This one is a bit simpler, while mostly comprising of eagle union ships most are very easy to attain. Wales buffs every union ships. Independence buffs Enterprise. Enterprise does all the heavy lifting dps go brrrr. Vanguard tank protects the fleet, Helena increases damage taken by enemies and also provide decent anti air, Sandy is the anti air queen made to conquer ch 12 and 13 easily, dd slot for offense. Ch12 and 13 are pretty much a plane map you will need good anti air coverage which light cruisers can do easily like the royal maids, cleveland class/atlanta class. You can also use more carriers to gain air supremacy and also handle plane mobs by using your own airstrike to strike down enemy planes.
@@MrZymcio don't forget to bring healer in ur mob, if u don't have uni retro or perseus yet u can use shohou retro its easy to obtain and worth investment
I can't answer the first question, but for the second: It's going to be a lot harder for you to kill 10 fleets in a row (for the "kill all enemies" star) and the boss with a single fleet especially when enemy levels start hitting 100. I noticed the enemies in chapter 10 (which i reached a couple days ago) are already capable of killing my mobbing fleet if I dont bring a healer, while I was clearing 9-4 with only a skeleton fleet (meaning 1 main ship/1 vanguard ship)
It seems incredibly strange to rate Roon Muse, who costs precious Core Data and is difficult to level due to SSR rarity, over Portland, who is extremely easy to get (from drops, builds, or shops), easy to level (even with her retrofit), and is significantly more survivable. Getting guns on a 15s timer is just not really realistic for new players to be honest (as they won't have the HPFCRs needed to close the gap nor easy access to the Twin 457s or Twin 406 SKCs) and by the time they have developed their account enough to potentially make use of it, they probably have much better support for their fleet.
