This is technical, intricate, and advanced and the small ball is the perfect tool to really isolate the core muscles. You will use the 6 Pilates principles; control, centering, concentration, fluidity, precision and breath in every move. Jen, we love your workouts! Your choreography is amazing! We wish your workouts had a percentage timer showing how much of the class time is complete and how much more to go. We love the challenges and variety in your classes and use them on a regular rotation. Your cuing is the best!!!
