That 48 SM really makes that studio feel open. Almost double the size of most studios now. That extra width makes a big difference. Nice place.

this is standard for any holiday style resort on the beachfront but compared with other units, this one is a lot quieter

short stays whilst technically not legal, are still very common in Pattaya and you can easily rent out the unit through Airbnb if you wished to do so

the price increase reflects the extra money put into refurbing the property. you could also just have a non refurbed room and do it up yourself

utilities will depend on how often you switch on the AC. perhaps between 1-2000 baht a month maintenance is 6,000 baht a year transfer fee is 1% of the final sales price

I’ve heard 100 different pronunciations of this word and whilst I can say it correctly on the odd occasion, being British it isn’t always easy to pronounce
