Company name ownership is very shady. I wouldn't do it. Thai gov is looking to stop it so you you don't know what might happen when they do.

Another great vlog!....I do agree that compared to some of your more recent offerings, these prices do seem a bit on the high side for what you get for our Baht and then you need to go furniture shopping. It is still great to see your vlogs as they are very informative of the what and were and how much housing is costing.

Very good presentation! thanks for it. The all open plans condo , love it, but for me the last condo looks more reasonable prize. Is a pity you don't specified If the balcony face north or south., I think is something important. Also could be good to show a bit more the commun areas.

Better off renting for these prices and be closer to the beach. Although the large studio is appealing.

Fyi tvs are not cheap in thailand due to extremely high import tax you will pay more than in the US

I know that development. Terrible location. It's in the middle of nowhere. You need transportation to get anywhere and that means car because you're a fool if you ride a motorbike in Thailand. Now for the price. All of the asking prices are ridiculous. The first unit price is not too bad but the others are a huge ripoff.

Location isn’t fantastic but the roads are being developed so for some they may see this as a good potential investment property for the future. There are also more and more facilities being built in the vicinity and it’s a very popular spot for many who return time and time again to this place. But we always thank everyone for their input and personal opinions Curious though if you ever post something positive on any account you watch or follow or if you just prefer to stick with everything negative

It will take many more years for anything significant to develop around there. Most of the asking prices are ridiculously high. I know the building and I know what units sold for. YT has become fake news and shows one side. When I point out the reality you try to undermine the facts I have presented by character assassination. Amazing.

@@DiogenesTheFrog Yes, the Pattaya/Jomtien area has had that oversupply issue for a few years. And now it's much worse because tourism numbers are nowhere near what they were before, regardless what the Thai media and vloggers say. Tourism is still down by 50% or more in BKK, Pattaya and CM. And it's never coming back to the way it was because prices for everything are rising too much in Thailand. Even in CM some of the asking prices for units is crazy.

i’m sorry but not everyone shares your view. I have clients that like this place! They aren’t phased by the poorly managed roads surrounding the property my point is that each and every person has their own taste. as to the prices, these are set by the current owners. We don’t have any ability to set the prices

doh...aircondition is old ,just look on desing of samsungg "unit" and yellowish of plastic on... loudy and unefective old crap.. always in TH when you own condo , change aircondtion to newest modell ,becouse its can save you lot of money and low noise and clean air,,old units have also dirty filters as always , people who rent for people never clean this,,,
