Your Order Delivered Extremely Late That's my experience when I waited in all day to get a phone delivered, only to see on track my parcel the guy allegedly came but I wasn't in, despite living in a flat, the bell works and I took the day off.
I'm waiting for a phone from China via yodel, i swear if it goes missing I will be round that sorting depo with a samurai sword faster than a rat up a drain pipe.
and leave the safe place details when an item is bought ,sometimes a buyer leaves a note. One recently lived close to work ( if someone is within 10 miles I tend to deliver in person,as it works out cheaper than posting),they said to leave it in a green storage box by their gate, problem solved.
Yodel (Keighley, West Yorkshire) have stolen my wifes Galaxy S3 from Virgin Mobile 11th April 2014 Driver name: Muhammed Kadeer. The only person in at the time was me but yet my wife miraculously signed for it despite being signed in at work and it clearly not being her signature. Driver claims he delivered to a semi detached house but I live in a bungalow.....he has now changed his story "twice" I have everything on video and will upload shortly.
he don't get paid enough to stand waiting for you to open your big posh gates lol next time why don't you wait out side for him if you that worried about your item
Apparently, according to text message received, my parcel has been delivered to a neighbour. Which neighbour I have no idea! He (?) says he left a card and rang the bell - He most certainly did NOT!!! I cannot contact them by telephone as it either rings out or they lift and replace the receiver! I don't even know who the parcel is from!!! It's time this so called service was disbanded!
I paid for express delivery, which means next day, from Essex to Kent, a 40 mile trip. The morons have taken the parcel 150 miles to a hub in Birmingham where it's sat for 7 hours when they have a hub in Hatfield 40 miles away from where it was posted. Now it will be sent overnight to the Maidstone hub, a further 200 miles for local delivery. And they have the cheek to apply a fuel surcharge.
Experience much the same. They're impossible even when you contact them and simply don't care. There are better delivery companies. The message back to the retailers is stop using them, not acceptable.
Will say he probably was really fed up trying to look for your place burning up vital time cant blame him, your gate is closed which would tell me no one is welcome as we are better then everyone else least he got it to land on the grass not on your quarter of a mile drive lol.
He didn't even attempt to make contact though, it's not about waiting around he didn't even try and deliver it properly. Besides, you don't always have a choice if the company you're buying from uses Yodel.
silverpurr I don’t blame him for throwing it the poster lives in a mansion and gets a cheap service knowing the workers are paid minimum wage, it’s like going to a charity shop in gold chains
Lets face it if you pay pennies to tens of pounds, these wankers are going to lie when they deliver your parcels and throw them and they dont give a toss. Thanks for posting, just confirms it all.
YODEL insure their drivers at a cost to the employee. Regards to your immigrant complex, do you think a non-immigrant would do this job differently? Better? Many choose not to work at all.
