Among 120 civil lawsuits expected to be filed against Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs is one involving a nine-year-old, according to a Texas lawyer who is overseeing the reported cases.
Attorney Tony Buzbee alleged during a press conference: "This, individual who was nine years old at the time, was taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records. Other boys were there to audition as well. All of them were trying to land a record deal. All of them were minors. This individual was sexually abused, allegedly, by Sean Combs, and several other people at the studio in the promise to both his parents and to him himself of getting a record deal."

A New York native, Melba Pearson has called Miami home for over 20 years. After receiving her undergraduate degree at New York University, she completed her studies at Hofstra University (now Maurice Dean) School of Law.
Ms. Pearson is a civil rights and criminal law attorney who works in the Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy at Florida International University (FIU). She serves as the Director of Prosecution Projects, overseeing technical assistance, training, and community engagement efforts around the field of prosecution.
John Delatorre, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist in Texas, Arizona and New York State.
John is also is a psychological analyst for television news and court shows. He is a certified clinical traumatologist. He has completed basic training as a negotiator/mediator.

This show was sensational! I pray for all survivors of SA. As one myself, the attention you are giving this is, on its own, healing. For years so many try to pretend it didn’t happen and live with it not knowing the damage it has done. I am 75 and just realized 8 years ago how it contributed to my my problems of coping with life. Give a tip of the hat to those two judges who refused bail to Combs. Having him incarcerated, out of communication with his gang, allows these victims to feel safe enough to come out and get the help they need and go public.

I’m amazed that someone commented on the live that those who were harmed like this weren’t victims because “they chose to be there”. Really? This is still a mindset in 2024? I’ve seen a photo taken with Diddy a couple others and a Man who was completely unconscious.. he had his face into the couch and clearly unaware of anything around him. It was the perfect example of a normal strait laced looking guy who was drugged and DID NOT sign up for what happened to him after the photo was taken… nobody went to a party assuming they’d be rendered unconscious and violated!!

I am a survivor. I was a child when the first attack happened. It was nearly 3 decades before I could speak about what happened to me w females only. To this day, I see female Drs only. I live with pain & anxiety. Ive recently learned how this trauma has created physical health problems and according to science, it is genetically passed down. The consequences of SA /R are very far reaching! Our society, that of the world, has a long way to go. We've got to start listening to and believing survivors! Thank you for bringing attention to this and for your guests input! 💕

I really enjoyed listening to your varied panel of experts here. A qualified psychologist, an ex-con, and a female attorney. That's what made this podcast so interesting. I particularly enjoyed the psychological commentary by Delatorre, which I thought were spot-on. But what was so mind blowing is the sheer number of Did's victims, proving him to be a true Equal Opportunity abuser.

I praise the conversation here of getting the horrible reality of what diddy and associates did for decades fully exposed. Once they have been stopped, future victims will be no longer. Really hearing this press conference today it’s really clear. You go to his party as just a female or male and not a celebrity; they had you marked as SA victim, this could happened to anyone. It was a carefully organized machine, that was bigger than what one individual could fight.

Celine Dion started at 13 yo and her mom was with her all the time, never by herself: mom was wise! Even when she was an adult, she always had a sister (amongst the 14 siblings)to accompany and assist her. Her husband and manager René Angelil kept her out of the parties.

I loved Dr. Delatorre's response to that horrible comment Joel called out, he is absolutely right and I wish more people like him said these things out loud, to the media, and to the public. I can’t imagine that anyone involved with this is sitting around in the US waiting to be served. At this point, any wealthy celeb/individual with half a brain who’s involved with this has left the US or is in the process of leaving for a country with no extradition. Maybe they will all go to the same place and continue their freaky parties where their money will keep them safe from prosecution. The question is could people like this, with such large egos, accustomed to be adored, red carpets, etc., handle no longer being “stars.”

Regarding his crimes, he’d do something terrible but people kept hanging with him & the law never showed up, so he’d ratchet it up. People would still hang with him & still no cops. Any female lawyer who signs on to defend Diddy is a traitor to victims. I have Defense lawyers in my family, but when it comes to SA/Rap, a female lawyer in this case just adds another layer of outrage. The cross is always brutal - women KNOW how abuse works, how memory works, how it feels to be targeted. We know! Regardless of a defense strategy, using a female lawyer to question victims always feels like a further betrayal. We blame the victim regardless of the age, including children. There is no such thing as “underage” - it’s called child. And if you’re drugged, you have no opportunity to say no.

It would be wise for Diddy to come forward with the names of accomplices so they can share the financial burden of compensating these hurting victims. The victims are so courageous in coming forward. Praying for complete healing for all of them. There's no way there aren't some people who suffered physical harm or worse. Horse tranq is a different kind level of evil. Which vet provided that? Whoever spiked the drinks should be behind bars already.

They only need 12 jurors who are believable when they state despite hearing about the alleged crimes they can & will remain impartial & render a verdict based on the evidence admitted at trial and not what they nay have heard previously.

You know, as sick and very serious as this all is, just on a surface level- well not surface to me because music is very very important to me- I’m sick and damn tired of deleting songs off my “old school” playlist because of these monsters. First it was R Kelly, now one of my most favorite songs as a kid with Diddy. Especially the one he had to pay Sting royalties for. I looked up to these people. You know there’s a lot of really great people out there who are hackers using their skills for good. One guy in particular looks for child trafficking victims in the dark web. If these tapes are floating around, we need someone like him going in the dark web and getting these tapes and the addresses they’re linked to, so we can get the tapes to these victims and off the web
