Fabric is getting so expensive to purchase. I am lucky that I have a room full of fabric so I can stay busy with patchwork and quilting for many years to come without buying any fabric. I must admit, I did buy 2 bolts of white fabric just last week because it was on sale for 70 dollars ( USA ) for 10 yards. That equals to 7 dollars a yard and that is cheap for here. Now I don't need to purchase any more fabric.
"But, but I can get one at Walmart for $25!" Walmart does not make custom quilts! An acquaintance of mine asked how much for a baby quilt. I told her $65. Silence!
