saddens me to hear no one showed up man, you’re my favourite pro player & always have been. i sent you a long ass message around july 2017 on xbox ( i wish i still had it ) thanking you for essentially helping me learn gears as 4 was the time i actually played multiplayer. you actually replied man, it was like half 3 in the morning for me and i was just listening to music. i was overjoyed, the goat icy replied and you bet your ass i told my mates the next day. you’re amazing dude, always resonated with you. your & ashes’s gears 4 1v’s videos are still some of my all time favourites to go back too. you two were so fun together, that 1v sniper comeback you got against him will forever be one of the best videos on yt. 😂 you got this man, the current flow you’re doing is enough.

Just to properly expand on what I commented yesterday. I mentioned potentially reaching out to that individual because I cant stress the importance of networking. Its amazing what type of options you create for yourself just by fostering basic relationships. I see a lot of people way under utilizing it. Its such a key part of growth in any profession. Again, might have seemed random or obvious but thats the type of person Id keep close for advice, mentorship, etc. seems like a stand up dude. Speaking of which, youre a good dude. Keep being one of the real-ones man. Only put energy into the things you can change, screw everything else. Keep strengthening that work ethic of yours. A lot people dont have it these days so youre already ahead.

It’s hard getting bigger when the game hasn’t been updated or anything. your channel will grow with e-day 100%. i think you should use this time to practice making e-day content. people are going to come to youtube looking for tutorials, tips, glitches, but will subscribe to channels that cover tech as it's discovered, cover upcoming news, glitches, and (if we're being honest) drama as it unfolds. people who love the game will want to stay current in the scene. look at mint blitz, he gave the halo community just that, a place to keep up with halo. i'm just imagining this channel having subscribers looking forward to gb videos, comp videos, or fun videos that showcase what peak gears looks like. in other words, being _the_ gears of war channel

Whoever comments talking shit because you get mad playing GoW sometimes are idiots. I do not know a single person, including myself who does not get frustrated at some point while playing. It is a super competitive game with the only people left playing super passionate about the game. Of course things get heated. It's always been a saying between my friends and I "If you aren't raging at some point are you really playing GoW?" And also there is nothing wrong about caring about time spent, because that is time you'll never get back.

The gears community is relatively small since Gears 5 didn't have much staying power. Therefore the ceiling for views on these types of videos has stagnated and maybe even lowered. It'll grow exponentially when E Day drops... Providing it's good.

I used to watch most pro circuit matches from when you were on EU, optic, echo fox, reciprocity (i think that was gears 4). Nah you're right about gears 5 being trash. There is a reason it dropped out of the top 15 most played games on xbox after only a week after launch. That's crazy if you think about it because it's an xbox exclusive AND it was free on gamepass lol. If you see on Twitter and stuff most gears fans are always talking about how much they hate gears 5. It's tied with judgment as the worst gears.
