Well if you reporting had done your research you would know that in 1993 MJ settled as he was being forced to have the civil case first, he wanted the criminal case heard first as he was sure he would be found innocent, the judge ruled the civil (financially rewarding case) would be heard first, this would have prejudiced the criminal case and so an agreement was reached. Personally if I had my kid say these things about someone I wouldn't give no craps about the civil case and go straight for the prosecution,. It does really show the mindset of the parents and the awful legal systems you have in America.

Kevin hasn't done his research. MJ was acquitted unanimously and all the accusations were proven false. He is not an expert at all because the settlement of the civil case with chandler was settled by his insurance company not by MJ. That was because the judge ruled that the civil trial should go first before the criminal trial (which is the most important) once the civil case was settled the criminal case was still ongoing and then the chandler's all of a sudden didn't want to testify. Also the strip search the police did on him did not match the description he gave to the police of MJs private parts. Plus Jordy admitted his dad wanted money and that MJ didn't do anything to him. To the point he was taking all kinds of antidepressants and pills to just make it through the day to deal with all the stress.. Then when he had to do that they called him drug addict.He even wrote songs about how they treated him.They got inside his head and wouldnt let him live his life in peace. He loved his fans and they say that there are those whom think certain singers are equal to Micheal and his legacy. But if you look at all the videos and concerts he did no one has ever brought that much joy and happiness to that many people together at every event he ever did. They loved him and thought of him as a legend in his time and still do. He will go down in history not for the awful things they wrote and said about him because we know they were not true, but for all the good.. the joy he brought to sick children and all that he gave to make the world a much better place.
