GeorgeMonet I mean, a lie of omission is a lie. Inaction is an action. By allowing them to stay dead when you had the ability to revive them, you are killing them, to a degree. Not to the same degree as when you choose inaction, but a degree.

I know this comment is a year old but ever since I replayed F2 recently I've had the argument that it's not even necessarily an explicitly good thing to revive everybody. Sure in the moment it's good, but doing something that monumental is likely going to lead to a culture down the road that expects a hero to come along and solve all their problems in a time of crisis like that and make the people more prone to the bystander effect, which is especially shitty when coupled with the fact of how rare "heroes" are in the setting.

@@GriffinPilgrim I can't argue that it's cold and a bit too rooted in hypotheticals, buut it's nothing like letting someone die in front of you. Resurrection is way different because the person already died when they were beyond your ability to help. The dead at least as far as you know in the game, aren't suffering anymore. Meanwhile the person who's about to die you can actually spare from suffering. And now that I think about it more, what about all the people who were actually broken as slaves before their deaths? There's probably a fair number of those slaves that it could be an act of cruelty to _resurrect_ and just expect to be fine functioning back in the world again. It seems like it could be a bit reckless casting such a mass resurrection spell, especially if you count those already warped/corrupted by Luciens experiments or even just the power over others he gave them, but still died because of him and (as far as I remember) would still be resurrected by the wish as well. I'm not saying there's _nothing_ good to making that wish, but it's not AS purely virtuous as it seems at first.

Lady Alfhildr of the Forest of Violet Mists You should play it. The story and world is amazing and the graphics are passable (but quite bad) by today's standards. Although the morale scale is as bad as fo3 and combat too
