Another Icom ICR-71E repaired

This Icom has had its RAM board reprogrammed as the boot up firmware was corrupted.
Shown running in my garage workshop with a short piece of wire for an antenna
The radio works well and has passband tuning so will be up for sale to pay for the RAM programmer.
