You couldn't have been a prouder man when your whole crew comes out to help for a simple accident. They asked no questions, just pitched in and helped. I smiled when I saw all the guys (and your daughter) show up without a question asked. I know I would be smiling for hours after this one. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

This is an addictive channel! I started with the haz-mat trailer by the train track a couple of months ago, continued with the 20 most popular films, realizing that this is well worth watching. Then I decided to start from the beginning and watch through the years, as I think it's very interesting to see how people develop. I'm now in mid 2017, but as this episode came up I thought I'd watch it. I'm very happy to see how Ethan have developed from "All snacked out" to this video. From a fairly interested boy to a mid teen who understands. That is impressing to see at such an young age! I also see that Mike has developed a confidence he didn't have 3 years ago. One has to realize, that as a parent or a boss, it is not always easy to wait that extra second to let others work it out themselves, but it is crucial so that they can learn how to think. I've been wondering what makes this channel so good, except Rons humility, skill and professional attitude. Earlier today I watched "Ron and LaDonna Pratt Journey with God". Experiences such as they've gone through, together, can make you more true to yourself. The realization that you been at the bottom and survived, forces your lies out. But it is not for everyone to stay in that state of being true to yourself, with a little success it is easy to abandone. Most people will not even get there. To me, it seems that Ron is still there, where his humility is sourced. This is, I think, the reason this channel is so good.

While the stop sign says stop, its pretty hard to do when your car is hydroplaning. This is why people need to slow down. That was such a nice blue jeep, shame to have it damaged by a bad driver. But excellent work from the Mr. Pratt, and his fellow workers.

I have a feeling this must be in the neighborhood of where everyone resides. It's cool to see Talon, Mike, Ethan, Lauren show up. Family fun.

I have an 08 Jeep Liberty, not a true 4 wheel drive, but, I've never got stuck n only slid off the road once on ice. No damage, it was a gentle slide. Congrats on the grandbaby.. God Bless you always and be safe out there.

I’m jealous of your working conditions. So much mud and snow... and DEEP recoveries. So happy I run a LD wrecker in the mountains of California in the least. I end up having to respool my winches at least once every two weeks in the winter.

Other assorted potential hazards/dangers...Drainage ditch, bridge, residential neighborhood, mud, and clearly underground utilities to go with the hydrant and power poles. And likely that low-traffic residential roadway isn't rated for heavy vehicles and probably isn't the strongest or best maintained. Possibly subject to undercutting or sinkholes due to rain and the activity of the recovery. Probably could come up with a dozen more if I set my mind to it. Good thing Ron and his crew are the highest caliber of professionals and put safety first as much as reasonable (as Ron has said before, you can never eliminate all danger, and the job requires a certain amount of risk to perform successfully).

It's good to see that even in times of chaos and struggles, families like yours, stick together and work as a well oiled machine. This wasn't too difficult a call when you don't have to work solo. But every call has its own ways of becoming a challenge. Good to see Eathen is coming along so well. Good to see Talons still got it. And even off work, Mike got right in there and helped to make sure Eathen was making the right decisions for the hook up and tow, even though this was your call and your tow.

Man, Congratulations on the first grandbaby! And I think it's safe to say, you're not the only one proud of Ethan, thanks to your videos we've all seen him progress into the young man he is today. I know I felt some by-proxy pride at least.

Hate to be a nitpicker, but the correct term is "guy-wire" Used to work for a communications company and I was rather sternly corrected by the boss when I called it a guide-wire. He was an even worse nitpicker than me! Really enjoy your videos.

Ron, that side pull rig is really a handy device. It adds yet another layer of flexibility to a rollback. Nice to see the extended family at the scene.

I'm impressed that pole didn't break when it hit those guy wires. You don't have to put much side load on them to put a TON of tension in the wire. Though it looks like the anchors started to pull out a bit

My friend who is a truck driver from Massachusetts. He got into a bad accident. Look up channel 7 boston semi truck crash may 27 2020. That's his truck. He's retired now and doing fine. A other semi was stopped in the middle of the road on top of a blind hill. If you look it up you'll see the truck.

Side puller - very nice gear. As to jeeps failing - so many have been made and at prices we all can afford, and some jeeps can get around in very rough places. Everyone doesn't need, and couldn't afford, the very best gear but everyone needs to slow down at sharp turns.

Nice perk to have the family present. Once the Jeep was pulled away from the guy line and the stop sign removed from underneath, it looked drivable. My guess is that it was a legally required tow and impound.
