It's something you use to put fresh oil in a car, this one with a drain hose attachment. Most auto parts stores carry this.

How did you get such a clear, airless, laminar water flow from that faucet...?

The faucet doesn't have a replaceable aerator, I figured out that if I insert part of a separate laminar aerator in the nozzle of the faucet it makes a nice laminar flow.
