Journaling at night is something I enjoy especially when sleeps eludes me. It give me something to focus and helps to loss track of time until I can finally sleep.
On this video I will only be using stickers you can buy cheap on amazon and stamps from my favorite artist Pion

Its called Take a Note Planner. This product is from taiwan and you can order through this website take-a-note.store/en-us/products/2023-regular-planner-a5-eng. They also have an A6 size or even an insert for regular size travelers notebook. I hope that helps 😊
