For someone who hasn't read the books, that is surprisingly accurate. Basically, throughout the books, he makes an active effort to call everybody by the wrong name. Occasionally he lets their real name slip however, and they get so confused. Percy has the most different names.
dude i read the lightning thief book series in fourth grade and now i'm in highschool now learning about a musical based off the book series!?!? oh gods i clearly haven't been on the internet for long ( see what i did? ) Edit : aww thanks guys for the likes
I watched an older version of the musical on RU-vid and it's really not impressive, just his regular legs in weird pants plus a tail, and he walks like he's galloping. No second set of legs.
He's also the one singing this song too! The Grover thing is why I made the satyr in the background look kinda like Will/Jeremy actually haha you can't really tell though,
I love this musical I can't help playing the songs over and over again. I like the first one best but this one is defiantly second and just too relatable
If you watch the animatic for "Drive" when Percy asks the boy and the girl how long they have been there, obviously, it is Nico and Bianca, but I think he/she meant it that way.
He actually has two kids in the books (twins, Castor and Pollux, though one dies) and is actually quite depressed after his kid dies, even asking Percy to protect the other one. I guess that he secretly has A fatherly side? idk
Comments on my adventure through this: Micheal finally snapped. THe GoDS aRe ReAl YiPpY SCiPpy Poor charley :( WHY IS HE SUCH A MOod Girls and poniEs MR BRUNNER?! YOURE A HORSE?? WHATS GOING ON MR D IS A BIG MOOD
I have this headcannon that Dionysus secretly love Camp Halfblood. He knew Katie’s schedule and a few times in the books he calls people by their real names. He secretly loves his kids. He probably secretly watches over all the new, scared kids and changes their schedules so they run into people like them.
It would be funnier if Zeus made an excess curse so MISTER (snicker I bet he hates that nickname) D could only wear semi-formal attire, because you know, partying is one of his... THINGS.
I'm just thinking through this song, if he was still at camp around book 11, the line "you might hate it here, but I hated it first" fits the Apollo pretty well
Ahhh after reading the book then listening to this song I’m honestly amazed how accurate Mr D’s character is in the musical. And you did an amazing job with this animatic GOOD JOB MY FREN
