Jamaica is so beautiful, especially these days when there's hardly any extended drought period,, if this doesn't include Cherry Garden, Jacks Hill, Beverly Hills, Stony Hills, Norbrook,, Red hills,, Liguanea, Mona,, and nuff more inna the greater Kingston area alone, is how much high end enclave so inna Jamaica?, i saw a rating saying the most developed Caribbean Islands starting from #10 and Jamaica rank # 10 dead last in the scheme of things, all Islands weh just get their first International Airport over the last 5 years, rate over us,, I kid you not!!! but I thought, they must be joking.

Those aren't drone shots of The Lagoons in Freeport, Montego Bay dear. That's actually Spring Farm/Caribbean Heights out by Rose Hall in Mobay. Also Spring Farm is actually more luxurious than both Lagoons AND Ironshore so it's strange that it's not on your list at all yet ironshore which has gotten LESS luxurious than Lagoons is all the way up at #2 🤔 Appreciate your content but as a Montegonian, I hear/see some inaccuracies with some of the info/pics used and that can be misleading for both foreigners and locals. That being said... keep the content coming hun 🤗
Yes Richmond is the place to be its just awesome, beautiful green space well kept gardens ocean views and mountains views breath taking its blessed by God's hands a garden paradise.
Don't put death on yourself Godwin. Just say God's willing i will live there. I remember being 8 years old telling my mom I am going buy her a house before she dies, unfortunately I realised that dream but she only spent 3 weeks in the house before she died. From then i am careful what I say.

It's not just returning expatriates who return to Jamaica and build big, beautiful homes. That's a more recent thing. Jamaica has had lovely, exclusive enclaves and neighborhoods since the 60s, 70s, maybe even earlier. Places like Jacks, Hill, Cherry Gardens, Russell Heights, Beverly Hills, Stony Hill, Forest Hills, Red Hills, etc., have been enclaves of beautiful homes for wealthy upper-class Jamaican business owners and high-level executives and professional. Please don't make it seem like it's only new wealth and returning Jamaican retirees that have created these beautiful homes. Also, Richmond Estates is very nice. I have a relative who owns a vacation home there. It's lovely, but I would not give it the number 1 on this list at all. The Golden Triangle would be higher than Richmond for sure, and Chancery Hall would be number 1 on my list instead of Richmond. Richmond 2-bedroom homes started at about $250,00 U.S. when they were first started about 15 years ago. You probably can't find a home in Chancery Hall for under $1 million U.S. and in the Golden Triangle you'd be hard-pressed to find a home under $500,00 unless it's in need of major renovation, or it's a small town home. I have close family friends in the building/development industry in Jamaica, and close family friends were one of the first families to build their home in Chancery Hall. I have a few close family friends who live in Chancery Hall and I visit them periodically, so I know what I'm talking about.
Richest neighbourhoods to live.. But I don't see any side walk on the streets.. It doesn't make any sense to me.. If u have kids and u want to take them for a walk where are they going to walk I hope not in the streets... Because that's is on safe.. Thank u.

She needs to do a top 30 or 40 richest neighborhoods in Jamaica 😁😁 because there is an island wide upward shift in the value of residential properties. A top 10 is definitely too difficult to do right now. Richmond is nice but a three little bedroom unit so close to each other, is not luxurious living in my mind.
