No one can tell me that Kelly and her sister know nothing about what happened on that day of the killing. Kelly Khumalo didn't pull the trigger but she knows the killer and that makes her complicit in the killing on Senzo
The lawyer says the person who had a scuffle with senzo had pulled the gun but never pulled the trigger and it was 5 minutes after the initial scuffle. Who pulled the trigger then. Original statement is no one came in from outside coz there was only 8 of them in the house.... Who pulled the trigger?

The reason Kelly is vilified is that she failed to name the killers of Senzo. Many people believe that shebelienot pull the trigger but she is concealing the identity of the killer. There are also conflicting statements from the people who were in the house. Had Kelly revealed the identity of the killer we wouldn't be travelling this path now
One thing I know is they was never been a robbery there. Senzo was killed by one of the people in the house by mistake. She or he didn't mean mean to kill

If my junkie son tells me 'someone shot someone at his friend's house', I'd ask him to call and wait for the police and give his statement. But if he called me and said 'dad I just accidentally shot someone' I'd probably do what Chicco did and rush to the crime scene to how I can rescue the situation. That's what I suspect Chicco did, I think it explains why he was there in the first place and why the police were not called until Chicco got there...he assessed the situation, took away whatever evidence may have been there, come up with a story for everyone to follow and took an already dead/at death's door Senzo to the hospital. My questions are.. 1. Who were the first officers on the scene 2. Were the interrogations done, if yes, in what manner (separately or otherwise) 3. How soon were those interrogations done 4. Do the stories correspond 5. Why was Chicco called to the scene and why did he feel obligated to go there 6. Why did Chicco enter the crime scene without police 7. Why did Chicco's gun disappear immediately after the incident 8. Why is Chicco pretending to be disowning his son 9. Why is Kelly and everyone not willing to help with the investigation I think it's not too late, if they can interrogate them and account for every minute, someone is gonna crack and the can of worms would be open. Only if there could be no interference from the top, I'm sure competent investigators can solve this case.

@@sthandiwedada9137 Kelly is not a scapegoat, she is the owner of the house in which the incident occurred, everyone in that house must have been invited by Kelly , Senzo's family revealed that they received a fone call from Senzo's friend immediately after the incident occurred and this gentleman said "Iboyfriend yakaZandi idubule uSenzo" This was a few minutes after the incident, this was at the time when every one'ermind at the scene was in sixes and sevens, before Kelly said oh no ,he is dead there is nothing l can do to bring him back ,life must go on ,let's protect each other guys ,then they tried to come up with that robbery story, uKelly uyazi kahle lindaba

Kelly is the one that took the shot based on my understanding of the advocate. We don't have justice in this country if even minister of police interfere with cases,so that the truth doesn't come out.
I don’t think he’s protecting Kelly but I think he’s protecting his friend Chicco because the gun belonged to him and it was Chicco’s son who shot Senzo.
Chicco son from the 1st day was the suspect and the fact that Chicco's gun went missing during the accident and the fact that Kelly called Chicco as soon as senzo was shot..raises a lot of questions.People were paid a lot of money to make this case go away.

It’s unfortunate that this case has dragged on for so long, unnecessarily. It’s always been obvious to me that Kelly and co should be arrested and taken to court. It’s in court where the truth will be exposed. I bet some of those who were in the house will not want to go to jail just to protect Kelly and perhaps the shooter if it wasn’t her.

This is a man of integrity. It didn't require legal knowledge to know that Kelly and associates are behind the killing of Senzo but the most weird thing is that they have nvr been questioned by the police. They are prime suspects in this case but very much being protected.
In my opinion Kelly should be the suspect no1 in this case. Come to think of how they removed Somizi from Idols judges while they would invite her to the same panel of judges. This is just so sickening 💔

What was the reason for calling Chicco instead of an ambulance or is he a doctor now??? Why was there a need to call this particular person being Chicco? What was his interest other than the fact that his son was there? Was it to protect his son or someone else?
It seems like they panicked after Chiccos son shot Senzo and they didn't know what to do hence they called him. He took over the situation as we can see police not wanting to do the right thing, they should've let the boy go to jail.
At this point everyone investigating and the people in that house know the truth. Them calling Chicco Twala was foul the first thing they should have done is call an ambulance.
Maybe if they called an ambulance first or drived him to hospital he would have made it. Instead they called Chicco. They erased all the evidence, they cooked a story while someone's son is dying💔. Why has no one asked Kelly Khumalo straight out what happened? She welcomes any opportunity to be on TV and on media platforms. Said she loved Senzo right, so why not speak on his behalf and tell the world what actually transpired. O bizi o jiver le Somizi like nothing ever happened. Scary stuff. It's as though this man feels he should lay it all out in case something happens to him. This is where the say 'Nnete Ya Bolaya" rings true. He is naming, shaming and stating the facts of the case. Chicco paid the money for his son but his son is not thankful that drives chicco mad.... uyazisola ukuthi why did he pay. No road to reverse his deeds but to defend himself to the back of the Court. For me, the reason the case is not going anywhere slowly is because Chicco got his hands dirty and used his connections to ensure the case never get solved. My theory is, there was a scuffle between Senzo and Longwe, which led to Senzo being shot and killed by Longwe or one of the people in the house. There was no intruder. Chicco rushed to the crime scene (got there before police) and took Senzo to the hospital....why was he called before the police/ambulance were called? to clean the crime scene? If he doesn't care about Longwe as he would like us to believe, why did he go there? Why did he not call the police himself or tell whoever called him to call the police?...I can bet my last cent, if his son was not directly involved they weren't gonna call Chicco in the 1st place and he was never gonna go there. His son has been a junkie for the longest time, he knew that, why 'act' as if you doesn't care about him now?...is it because he's trying to downplay his role? I think that's what he's doing. I think the case has more to do with Longwe and Chicco than it is to do with others who were there. I think Chicco tried to cover the tracks, and they all made a pact to go with one story.
@@sanelenxele1079 me thinks his gun is where the problem is. The owner of the gun is just as guilty as the person who took the gun. I think if Chicco was involved in any cover up, it was to avoid the issue around the gun which was not properly secured. That’s my thinking. As for Longwe, me thinks he’s had enough of the drug fiend. He would be more than happy to have him arrested, which is where the catch 22 comes. You arrest Longwe, you must arrest the gun owner. Unfortunately someone was dead before he could report his gun stolen. Perhaps that’s what he could have done, but perhaps he figured Senzo would live and when that failed it was too late. There absolutely was no intruder. There were 7 people and one of them shot Senzo whether by accident or by design, they shot him. I think it’s more about the gun than about Longwe. But that’s just my view.

This case is complex and complicated. I believe that this advocate comes to tell us that since he is cracking this case his life is in danger . No stone must be left unturned in this case. The soccer industry, the wife of later Senzo and the 7 people that were present in thehouse on that fateful day. Now it is clear that Senzo was intentionally assassinated . We need to know the motive of this killing , the actual person who pulled the trigger and the mastermind behind all this.

No no no ... one gun 2 shooters. The first shot was think to make a statement or warning shot. The second shot was intended by the shooter. There is definitely interference with the investigation here which is delaying the case and this is causing the real perpetrators not to be in court to face the music. Senzo and his father are definitely fighting from the graves.May the also protect Adv Malesela.
Ey Kelly madoda... I've always known something happened in that house and we weren't told about it. The shooter was known but protected. By standers say they heard shots and didn't see anyone running off from that house,mind you around the time of that shooting streets are very busy in the townships. Today that house has been abandoned and that family doesn't get along. Even a little child can see what's going on here,I'm so disappointed in our justice system I swear🤞 arh Kelly bafwethu! Advocate Malesela sounds like he has the relevant information to crack the case and his background is truly convincing since he is an ex cop but I’m worried of his ways of presenting the mattar and evidence before the court of law😩 I hope they get a well spoken and more experienced advocate to present the case in court with assistance of Adv Malesela who is really informative of the practice…
I don't even think it's his presenting that's hindering him, it's the lack of knowledge in the court procedures, thus the entire court has to consistently school him.
The issue of Meyiwa's case is very painful and without care. It looks like many high profile people are involved in this case. Kuya ngokuthi ungubani, uphila nobani, nokuthi waziwa ngobani. SA police department is pathetic and irrelevant in this case. They should have told us long time ago that it's either they are failing to investigate this case or they don't want to deal with it period! Some people in this country are arrested and charged accordingly by the DA and Afroforum, then we proudly say we have the respect of law in this country. We are a shame and a disaster! It's know who were there, who pulled the trigger, who took Senzo's property, who stopped the arrest and the police is not willing to bring the perpetrators in to books. We are told police and military are ready to protect the country, which country if we are failing to bring just killers into court for prosecution!😭
