Hi Mark, I think enamored is more correct than enamoured. In Italian it's innamorato. Enamor in Italian is innamorare. Love in Italian is amore. Thx

Enamorado in spanish is just to be in love with someone! I think enamored come from our latin languages

As an Italian, I'm happy to find out that I can use a word similar to the italian one "innamorato di" = "enamored of". About Ronaldo, both the Portogues and Brazilian one played in Italy and in my opinion the Brazilian was the best. In Italy, he is known as "Ronaldo il fenomeno", which means Ronaldo the phenomenon. Mark, do you remember Roberto Baggio? I was inamored of him.

Marck, I did not know enamoure is more to express a liking than a love as in a relationship. In Spanish we only enamoure of things or to the oposite sex. God to know that thanks a lot!

In Russia , to tell one Ronaldo from the other we call brazilian one as "zubastik" ( zoobastik ) - the man who shows his teeth all the time ( he who always makes his teeth seen ).

Hey Mark. It's good news to see that you were enamored with the soccer team from my former country. Do you also remember that they lost to France on a pitiful game, in France itself? So much contradiction and drama fell upon the team and the coaches back then 😆 do you remember Zidane literally "using his head"?! 😂 the wind in western canada is really different from any kind of wind Ive witnessed, but honestly I have not witnessed many of them. I remember the match Francia-Brasile, and as italian I supported Brasile. The two teams were strong. Fortunately, in 2006 Zidane used his head against Materazzi 😁. Italy and France were really good teams that year.

That's amazing to hear Mark! I used to copy all of Ronaldo's moves until I became a great soccer player when I was 18. People wouldn't know about me practicing a lot and trying to copy his moves but because of my moves during the game they would call me Ronaldo 😂. Good old days honestly. Life has become so stressful these days or maybe as you grow older you just feel more stressed.

Também adorava aquele time tetracampeão do mundo. Ronaldinho fenômeno, Roberto Carlos. Aquele time era o melhor do mundo na época. Hoje a seleção brasileira não é mais a melhor do mundo. Outra coisa, porque vc não gosta do vento? O venta ajuda a amenizar o calor em dias ensolarados como esse aí.
