I would like to thank you guys honoring the men and women that it their lives during WW2. Thank you. May God Bless you all. Mary from High Ridge Missouri USA
Sorry I missed this, Great finds. It was family day here in the states for Thanksgiving. So I will say one thing I am thankful for is the Peaky's . Keep up the good work.
Marie, you are on top of your game! Too bad the weapons will be destroyed. They are pieces of history!! I don’t understand why they don’t just remove the firing pins, maybe fill the barrels with some concrete or epoxy, and put them in a museum. Way to go Marie and all the Peaky Dippers! Y’all are finding some great stuff in there.
Since coming over from Nicola's Mudlark channel, I have been catching up on your videos. I had to remark on this one and how much I appreciated your honoring of those that gave their lives for our freedom. (I live in the US, but it is still very much all of 'our' freedom)
Are you allowed to keep the German light pistol?? I know if they don't make ammo for some guns you get to keep em because they're obsolete and you won't find ammo for them that's live apart from maybe behind museum glass.
I see ths Peaky's had another incredible day ,,, And so many pieces of interesting history ,,, Can't wait to see some of them cleaned up , Something tells me you should go back to that bridge again for a third run ,, Thanks Peaky's ,, 😃❤👍👍👍
I am watching this video and on the round up you said something that I think was really important about the military guns that we need to remember the people who were in front of the gun but also the one that had to pull the trigger in times of war
Aloha Glenn & Marie, and all the Crew! What amazing finds! That one ( Arnie type 🍌Banana) was bigger than both Kirstie & Marie! So many really cool Bananas & Bullets! Too bad the Brass 🛌 Frame was in such bad condition! What a very memorable Remembrance/Poppy Day!😇
those were sweet finds at the gun brigde good name glen. wonderful fun you guys had as I did watching. love the history marie. well done till the next one. cheers.
I confused as to why no one is asking how these guns have got there? surely they wouldn't of dumped it there, wonder if there was a barge incident or something more iffy from way way back in the day.
Brilliant finds on that bridge, well done to you all. I love history, especially english/UK history as I was born in England and came to NZ as a 6 year old in 1966, so you bring a connection for me in showing drone shots of England and your finds. ❤️Aroha Nui
Hi everyone, amazing finds! Great video guys as always, I'm at home nursing a broken humorous in my right arm so watching your videos brightens my day! ♥️
Hi guys. I’m honestly, honestly lost for words. This and the last video you have found items that some people will never find in a lifetime but you didn’t get one two but loads and loads. I’m over the blinking moon for you all ❤❤❤
Hello Peakys, wow, what a bunch of amazing finds by all. Well done, Kirsty, on the big gun. Marie outstanding history bits. You all look so soaked. Hopefully, everyone warmed up afterward.
@PeakyDippers not disappointed some great finds well done kirsty a great find and as always a great bit of history marie. We'll done and thank you for the 2 minutes silence in remberance ❤
Thank you for your 2 minutes silence great respect, but please you should have taken the plastic off your poppies before throwing in the water. remember we have no plastic fisherman doing the great job that you magnet Fishers do. Love you cleaning our waterways. Thank you again 💓 .
I'm loving this magic pew pew bridge ❤ great finds guys. But is it just me or did Michael look like Mr. Bean right before the round up lol. But definitely a peaky ladies day❤❤❤❤
I've noticed all the metal stuff that is in the mud comes out good, very little rust, the russian guys who dig up stuff over there find helmets that are perfect and machine guns the same, they keep all their finds and sell them to collectors.
Glad I found your guys love The Peaky Dippers. I enjoy the history you fill us in on as well . Gotta try magnet fishing next spring I am disabled and a good magnet is not cheap but I will give it a shot.............G day from Ontario Canada
If that bit is 'fished out' you might want to try going up stream, you can go along both sides of the river as there is a strong flow, especially in winter, in the Leam so a lot of those older/WW2 finds might have travelled down from farther up stream.
I love you guys been a fan a long time! I doubt you remember me, I never commented too much but I was watching! Sadly since August I haven't been watching I was in the hospital. I went in for foot problems woke up with my right leg amputated above the knee, 2 ostomy's on my stomach, a large wound running down the center of my stomach between the ostomy's and to top it off I have a large mass covering my bowels. I did finally get out of the hospital Sep. 25, btw my birthday was Sep.3 a day of more biopsy's. So I got to go home no answers just more questions Sep. 25 - Oct. 31 the day I ended up back in the emergency room then stuck back in the hospital till the night before Thanksgiving! I got to celebrate Thanksgiving at home because the night before I finally got some definitive answers for the first time!! Yes I get to go home, Yes I have cancer, Yes it is colon cancer, Yes I get to stay home, and Yes I have to start chemotherapy!!!! That was good news for me I got to go home after months of waiting around lying in a hospital bed being poked and prodded , being told it's cancer but biopsy said no the same being said again and again including it is cancer not colon cancer but yes cancer we just have to find out what kind! I was over it!! But great news now we know what it is and treatment starting soon! I will try watching when able! LOVE YOU AND THE ENTIRE GROUP SENDING EVERYONE MY LOVE!!
I always remember you shynobody, I am so sorry to hear of your really bad health issues. Omg I can't imagine what you've had to go through. We send out thoughts and prayers to you. We're here if you need to ever talk
Well done everyone. It's incredible the things you all manage to find. Sorry, but as we don't have a tv licence we aren't allowed to watch live videos, so we can't take part in your give aways.
I don't understand it when you don't show all your finds at the end. This one is the worst yet. Love you all and the videos but i feel like you've left me hanging
If we're pulling guns out then there would be no finds as such, it is illegal to bring back any guns and they were all collected by police. Not all finds make it back to me as the others in the group keep things too
@@PeakyDippers hello! I get that everyone keeps their bounty but when it comes to the guns, are you allowed to keep them if they are damaged and unable to be used again. I'm talking the antique and wwii things. You all get so excited and are such a fun group. Marie, your hair is so glossy and perfect. Makes me jealous each video 😂
GEE YOUS DONE AMAZING FROM THAT BRIDGE, WHEN I SEEN. THE SPAZ 12 COMING UP I WAS BLOWN AWAY,, EXACTLY WHAT THAT WAS MADE FOR, BLOWING TERRORISTS INTO THI BITS OF HAM, LOL 😂 EASILY THE BEST THAT ANY 🧲 FISHERS HAVE EVER FOUND. RESPECT FROM GLASGOW SCO.
