Perfect answer to my question in every detail! It is exactly what I have been imagining: house in the province; mix of modern and traditional w/ modern conveniences inside; split level; large kitchen with island (I like to cook and learn new dishes too); large covered porch or "veranda" and back yard / living area w/ "paving" stones (bricks/tiles) and beautiful landscaping; out-buildings to expand living (and cooking) space (esp. when raining); larger piece of land for gardening, animals, or a small farm (maybe a "food forest"). What am I missing? Anyway, every detail matched my internal vision. I know I am probably too old for you (or you are too young for me) but...Would you want to help me look for a place when I get there in a few months? *grins* Actually, I think the house would have to be built, but suitable land could be found... and I could reimburse you for your time, if it wasn't enough fun to just go looking at land to make it worthwhile doing without that. Actually, your Mom is about the right age for me (I just turned 57) so maybe I should ask her. 😉😊 Edit: Oh, and congratulations on reaching another milestone lovely lady! You deserve every bit of success and more!

Congratulations on your continued success! I think making it clear that you are single and staying single for the immediate future is the key to keeping your channel strong and growing. As long as all the boys (both young, and old like me) know you are single and think maybe they have a chance to sweep you off your feet, they will keep watching and more will continue to subscribe. I think it's kind of like being part of the lottery, seeing who wins the big prize.

"Single" allows a lot of room, doesn't it. Technically, one could be unmarried and referred to as "single" while being very much involved in a relationship.

My questions would be around your education and your current employment. Like “what was your Bachelors degree in? And in what field do you work? Since you briefly were in construction, it makes me think you did architectural studies, and you work as an architect or a draftsman. And also you have a fairly concrete idea of what your ideal living accommodation would be…..Just guessing…..

Your answer regarding mingling says it all: you will likely stay single whether you are in an LTR or a marriage. What I mean is that you seem to have a "single woman mindset" and will probably want to behave like an unattached female forever. I can see why a girl (or guy) would prefer such a life style considering the institution of marriage really isn’t very much fun for most people. Neither is being single. So, what to do? Many young people just drift from one thing or place to another, ungrounded, aimless, not sad and not happy experiencing occasional "thrills" here and there - drifting in and out of depression. But I do hope you’ll find the right person you can settle down with and have a happy family. It’s still possible. Just don't expect marriage to be a continuation of dating. That's because once a woman has children her attention shifts to their needs, and whatever energy she has left is split between her and him. If a couple understands how to make such a dynamic work, instead of focusing on romance and sexuality, then there's a good chance they can have a meaningful, deep-loving relationship together hopefully for a life time.

If you like architecture,after you visit Spain, look at Budapest where my ancestors came from Hungary. Somehow the Hungarian people were lucky the Germans didn't destroy more of the country. Some of the most beautiful architecture in the world is in Budapest. And as far as your videos go, the fact that u are just being yourself is the single best thing about watching you!

It's a question of history knowledge; Hungary was siding with Germany during the war, hence why German army didn't erase everything... But it was still a huge demolition by germans and soviets alike. Even in my childhood in the 80s I saw lots of buildings still with bulletholes on many buildings all over Budapest as a very vivid sign and memory of ww2.

Glad I finally got around to watching this, though I admit it came with no surprises. My favorite part is your love for your nephew. You should test for your MBTI type. You're probably an INFJ (the rarest personality type, highly intuitive, highly authentic, and highly altruistic). As for your prospects for a relationship, it's probably not so much that you're shy as it is that you're waiting for lightning to strike. Getting "set up" is hardly that. For romantics, it's not just about where you land. It's also about how you got there. The whole story needs to be amazing in order to feel right.

Congratulations on 20k 🎉. It was a wonderful video and was extra special with your mother assisting. It was very nice to learn more about you and your thoughts aswell. You are correct, they're are no right or wrong answers and how you answered them was perfect for your personal opinion. I did wonder a little bit about the point of view on America. Yes it is expensive here but in my opinion it I much like other places around the world. I make 140k a year and live a country life style. I typically spend 34 to 40k a year in food, electric, transportation etc. So in relationship to another country where the income maybe 20k a year they typically have a much lower cost of living an expenses ect. This is just my opinion, and like I mentioned your answers were perfect and respected. As a side note, I'd like to say I love the Philippines and their hospitality. I spent June and July exploring the beautiful islands and culture and habe to say it was one of my favorite places I've traveled to. I wish all the Philippines growth and prosperity accompanied with peace. Take care and as always cherish the moments ✌

Youth and beauty is why we (men) watch. Content is good too. Ask yourself (if you're a man) : Would you watch if same content was told by a middle aged man? Rebeauti knows that and the RU-vid metrics tell her too. Also, if she said she was taken, then a lot of us would stop watching. I like her hustle and commitment regardless.

Nice to get to know Rubeauti the person behind the vlog a little bit more. No real surprises there, you’re exactly as you appear on your vlogs. Congratulations again on your 20k subs, your rapid rise proves you are very likeable and have good quality content. I also love architecture, and there are many places that I would like to visit. Europe is rich in architecture, you would probably enjoy site seeing in London ….but not to stay there. I would like to visit Vigan City and it’s Spanish architecture. Thanks for sharing.

Hey Rubeauti, I pray all is well with you! Just a kind word of advice, "ladies" don't talk with their mouths open, it's considered bad manners. Your hair is very nice. Something special about you is that you relate well and understand Western audiences and how they look at the world. Most Filipinos don't understand the Western world very well. Take me for example, I plan on finding a nice woman to marry in the PH, but I am not going to use a dating site. I plan to attend church(es) and meet nice women. She has to be a Province Girl; a city girl would be too Western.

Hi Rubeauti, just wanted to say I enjoyed this video...and good on you for being single and being happy to be single...don't allow others (the people who post comments on here) to pressure you into a relationship, it will happen when it is meant to be.
