Damn thank you so much for this. I have been having hips dysphoria a lot lately and it sucks that even with diet and gym it's so hard for it to go away 😣 I'm officially on T now so I hope this will make my journey easy. Even if just a bit.
Sorry to hear that bro! Testosterone certainly helps with that redistribution, be sure your training is well rounded and most of all patience is indeed a virtue :)
I definitely do have ambitions to compete in 2025. Simply have a tin of size to put on so I'm able to be competitive, and no I won't be taking anything at all aside from my standard HRT dosage. Realized this year natural bodybuilding is actually amazing both within the culture and physique wise
Exactly! I dont think ill ever be able to acquire enough size to be truly competitive in bodybuilding and I train my legs too hard to cover them in MP@@Croftty
i started at 14 with parental approval. its a hell of a process. for me, i needed approval from a therapist (pretty sure i had to be with them for at least 6 months), my primary care doctor, and a psychiatrist. obviously also needed to be physically and mentally stable, plus identifying as trans for at least a year (? mightve been longer). even with all that, my t date was pushed back three times over the course of three months - im in the US. not sure if there is a place here that allows minors to take hrt without parental approval
