After having a child, I’ve realised the only thing that matters is how we see ourselves and most often that’s just a slight shift in perception. No one knows us or our journey so anybody’s thoughts on personal topics can just stay theirs. If the weight gain is for your health then that’s all that matters. Stay lovely you beautiful soul.

When you talked about gaining weight and how it changed your face, I really feel that. I used to be sooo thin and my facial bone structure was so snatched. I gained like 15kgs and now I have a moon face 🌝 but I also have a booty now too so hey 😂🤷🏻♀️

I connected with so many things you touched on about therapy and opening up and showing the real you and your " darkness" . We all have darkness and light , I think it makes people who they are. Keep opening up and sharing - when you feel ready. I am A Pisces so I feel you and I will do the same :)
I have chronic migraines, and have had them since I was 26. (I'm 52 now) I get Botox shots every three months and they are magic. The migraines are less intense and the duration is shorter. I get about 42 shots in my face, head, neck and shoulders. It hurts, but it's worth it. And, I praise God for giving the doctors this product for people like me.

This might be my first comment on your channel but I've been following your channel for several years, i just dont comment often. It's hard putting yourself out there to be judged. I think being a woman makes it harder because you get criticized over petty things. I relate to you explaining " protecting your safe space" by blocking negative comments as well as youtubers. Don't feel bad when they're the ones with bad intentions. I think they are the ones that have issues. They are bullies on the Internet so don't take it personal; but still block them. Makes it a more positive environment for your viewers too. You look more beautiful now than you did last year, which is hard to believe because you have always been beautiful. Keep doing what makes you happy!
