I always find it strange when adults ask teenagers what they are going to do for their lives. At 18 you're just starting to experience the world and most people who think they know at that age end up changing their mind. It's unfair to try to tie a person down at this age.

I'm very impressed by your answers to the questions everyone asked. Whatever you decide to do you'll do well. You're down to earth, Godly, intelligent, well rounded, well read, a great musician, and a great cook as well as a beloved Son and Brother. Someone will be very fortunate to have you for their husband someday. You're good in political science. Perhaps God would like you to save America through involvement in politics. 💖

I have to do a "wow", too. Love that your Mom and Dad have given you such a great education that is giving you so many choices. Public school seems to push towards college too much. Colleges seem to now just be big businesses instead of encouraging love of learning. Your "love of learning" will be invaluable in encouraging people to listen to God in their lives. God Bless.

I’m Hispanic, I find it hard to get really good Mexican food, unless I make myself. I really enjoy scratch made foods. I was born and raised in California, but 18 years ago I moved to Georgia. Since living here I’ve learned to cook a lot of southern foods! I’m a lot like you, I like to learn on my own. I actually enjoy watching people cook. I then can take and make it my own. It’s part of the reason I enjoy watching your Mom and Dad cook. Of course now I follow your Papa!

I was going to go back to college and I never made it .I got married and immediately,we became a family of 3,then 4 . My son in law Adam back in the late 80’s and early 90’s had a church band called the Preach Boys. And they did all The Beach Boys songs after they changed the words. Great for a outreach. Elevate Ministries.

I’m in New Zealand and we don’t have super exciting local food but something good to feed a big family would be boil up with doughboys! It is a pork hock soup type thing, with watercress and dough ball things that you boil in it.

you had good answers for what could be answered right now.. lol! we love greek and middle eastern food so i learned a lot of recipes to make at home.. so many varieties and variations! my only daughter turns 21 in sept. this year, and no plans of going to college right now, either... lol.. she's learning as many skills as she can tho! i'm with your parents on trying to make sure kids are as debt free as they can be... and learning things that can make you money in the future! this was awesome, judah... and belle for the camera work.. lol!

Here's an idea I heard from a friend with several children: On Halloween, they sat down as a family to plan what they would have for Thanksgiving. The first year, the children asked for Turkey TV dinners because they had never had one before. Yikes! But, you know what? That year they had TV dinners. (And to this day, it's one of their favorite family memories). On Thanksgiving they met again and planned Christmas dinner - one year it was strawberry pancakes! At Christmas they planned New Years - one year it was sack lunches. LOL But as they grew older, they began picking a different country for each holiday meal. They studied recipe books for the country they picked and made everything according to what that culture would have. They learned about the culture and traditions for the country they picked and incorporated them into their celebration (games, decorations, etc). Hi Judah, You've certainly grown up, spent most of the night watching ,"A tribe of Many": having lost contact for a no. of years. Missed you immediately in the family pictures, learnt this a.m. you're out of country seeing Belle's departure and your Mom's informiation re: her sadness and how she felt similar when you departed. The last vlog I saw was actually you.learning to drive. Loved the way you'll just play the piano amidst passing by the piano even with so much activity happening in your house. Trust God's timing in everything you do and go to college if even for an Associates degree. So glad I was able to reconnect with you, that voice Judah cerainly grown up lol.

You need a true southern meal. Example- Fried squash, homemade biscuits, black eyed peas (cooked with a ham bone), collard greens, and meat if you want it 😀. Sliced tomatoes and onions on the side. With a sweet tea.

Judah, I think your decision to put college off for a while is wise. So many young men and women jump into college to soon. Then some want to change their major. I’m not saying this is for everyone. The expense for college is quite expensive. I really hope you get to travel the world. It looks like you have a good head on your shoulders. I hope all your dreams come true. Judah! If you like indie music and Christian music, check out Sufjan Stevens! I recommended him to your grandpa on one of his Papa's Kitchen videos. He does a lovely cover of Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing but also many other covers of hymns, Christmas music AND originals as well. He also does "secular" music that is very lovely but his faith is pretty firmly woven through all his art. Very soft sound but he also plays like EVERY instrument. He's my favorite artist, I own every album he has on vinyl. Check him out if you're curious I would LOVE to hear your thoughts. I came over from OTOM and you all seem like such a lovely family.
