It’s the same her in NYC . Yeah , we have gang members, but the streets here are bigger than “gangs” . Gangs here might run their block but never their neighborhood. No one neighborhood is one “Gang” & even in neighborhoods where they TRY to do that, it’s still divided by blocks, cliques, & buildings no matter how close in proximity they are. Nobody in NYC is the “Top Dog” of NYC . That “King Of NY” shit really applies to rappers who want competition, definitely not the streets . If anything , gangs run our jails/prisons here , but not the streets.
