Antec NX416L Review: Best Budget RGB Case? 

First case I ever bought was an Antec! Great to see them still around.

Nice review! Overall a great case for the price - three ARGB fans (two of them 160mm AND a controller) for under $100 these days is quite the feat! Plus all the additional fan locations makes this really great for airflow. I think the cutout for the GPU cables is located where it is as a "sweet spot" for all the various GPU lengths you mentioned earlier. Probably in the "Goldilocks" position for a 315mm GPU.

I've always bought many budget antec nx200m's and the rgb version for pc flipping but I like to see how they stepped up their game with the NX416L / AX90 and the beautiful mATX CX200M. Also purchased the NX416L as you reviewed paired with an ARGB cooler so good to know it comes with the hub!!

Beautiful and cheap case. A good deal! (unfortunately it lacks a detachable motherboard mounting platform but very few cases got this anyway) And i wish it had a bit more clearence for the cables at the side.

It looks like you've got a winner here. 🏆 It checks all the boxes for me (for a budget case, which I actually am shopping for at the moment), except that I'd really like to see *two* USB type-A front panel ports (although I can live with just the one, all else considered). Otherwise, I think it's a top budget airflow-oriented contender (with those two 160's up front being the icing on the cake 🍰) Another one I'm currently looking at (which I *WISH* someone here on RU-vid would get around to reviewing, or at least unboxing **cough** hint-hint **cough** ) is the *MSI MAG FORGE 321R AIRFLOW,* which looks to me like a fairly recent release. Aside from the MSI website, I've only seen it at NEGG and AMZN, and it's priced at $79.99, which I think is pretty sweet. Rounding out my top three is the *Lian Li LanCool 216,* which can be had these days for $90-$100. Not exactly a 'budget' price per se, but very reasonable considering everything you get with this case (including dual 160mm front fans 🙃) _Decisions, decisions._ 🙄 Thanks again. 👍🏼

Great overall review of the Antec 416L Danny. Tbh, I think around $80USD seems a vg price to launch this at as the $90-100 price point is more heavily populated case wise by manufacturers and generally have features, as you mentioned like captive screws, some light side panel insulation etc. Antec thou has, imo, done a vg job with this case, rgb / fan hub, fans, cable routing, and airflow with its design.

How is it compared to the df700 flux tho?

hi Danny, a question for you...is it possible to "vertically" mount an Rx7800xt inside a Montech King 95 Pro with a Deep Cool Ak620 digital?

Oh man you have really made me doubt, I was about to buy the Montech air 903 max, I am literally waiting for a transfer to make my purchase and your video just came up. Do you think this is better than the Montech case?, at least in terms of ventilation, before I really wanted the Lian li 216 but it was out of my budget by a few $ and this one seems to be right in the middle of both CASEs, what do you think?

Antech cases generally has weak fans and the ARGB has a tendency to fail in my experience (even a new one you might get unlucky and has it failed from factory) If you take a case from BeQuite in the same price it would a much better quality product with a less noisy fans.

This looks like the ACTUAL budget case I bought for a previous build at $60. If your budget is $100 you could do a lot better than this junk…
