Antenna removal VW Golf mk6 

Klasse Video! Ich werde die Tage versuchen zunächst die Dichtung der Antenne - ohne Ausbau - zu tauschen. Nur wenn das nicht hinhaut, wird die ganze Antenne erneuert. Danke für die Anleitung, so kann es sich wohl (fast) jeder zutrauen!

I was backing out of our automatic garage door and the door took a nibble of my antenna (cue excuses). The antenna , roof and gaskets looks ok, emergency phone stopped working but that might be a simple fix. But seeing the bolt that held it in place I dread the worst, though it would be odd if the metal buckled before the plastic antenna. Two questions I have: -If the inner body has been damaged, any chances of leaks or draft from a bodgework? -Should I apply some grease or sealant on the gasket as a precaution?

Would an 'old skool' spanner be easier as you wouldn't need to pull the headining down as much?

Curious, is it possible to remove the antenna just to adjust the rubber grommet? Or would I need to replace the rubber grommet due to removal of the antenna?

My parents MK6 has failure 00862 - Antenna for GPS Navigation (R50/R52) Open Circuit - how likely is it the antenna and how could I test it?

I have mk6 TDI 2010 I have the same one and I brought one with one wire should ii need too buy 2 wires and dose it matter if the wires are different colours or dose it have too be the exact same colour as the one on the wire loom on the boot lit ??? Could anyone help me out please and thanks?

Warum muss am Dachhimmel soviel nutzloses Plastik verbaut werden? Das ist bei Peugeot deutlich besser gelöst und der wechsel einer Dachantenne geht schneller und einfacher

Ce serait bien que la caméra ne bouge pas. Qu'elle soit bien vis à vis l'objet en question. C'est le but de ce tuto. La lumière derrière est dérangeante aux yeux.
